Technical problems
When the virtual classes began, many problems were present that have remained until now, including technical problems. These problems involve problems with apps, internet connection, and devices. First we have the apps, that many times due to the demand that they have are saturated, making a damage in the work of the users, the other problem is the internet connection that is sometimes unstable, for example in the afternoon since many people use it at the same time causing instability, and finally the devices that many times depending on the quality are the ones that can save or spoil our work because depending on their characteristics they can work well with all the work of virtual classes.
On the other hand, some people suggest that virtual classes are good and that these problems can be solved and that what should be done is to look for solutions, one of this solutions is to use only one app in order avoid problems with the devices, that is fine depending on the work; Another suggestion is to go to internet cafes to have a more stable connection during virtual classes that could benefit the morning and afternoon classes, but since internet cafes often have their hours until 8 pm it could not be useful for those who have classes at night.
In conclusion, solutions should be looked or some regulations should be created to help students with these problems, because despite having been using this modality for a year, it still occurs, and many times they harm the development of activities and student learning.

Slow adaptation of teaching methods for students and teachers. As we can see, many countries have applied teaching methods with a big difficulty. Due to the lack of interest from both sides, as some teachers do not have a great interest of search knowledge for the use of other platforms or even just search any pdf with small information and send to the students.
When students are at home, it is too easy to pay attention on classes. That's why students need to use teaching methods more didactic.
In other reasons, we can see that some institutions don't pay attention to teach to students and teachers the use of other platforms or make an advice to improve the use of creativity in class.
In conclusion, there is no way to put all of the guilty to one side because it is work of students, teachers and people in charge of institutions make a plan to create communication between all the parts, and work to improve all the areas where taking classes is difficult.

          VIRTUAL CLASSES
Virtual classes in Bolivia´s public schools are not the best option for all the students for many reason. First and not less important, there is the fact that many students can't buy an electronic device as a cellephone, computer, tablet, etc, since these have a high cost, even more there is the need of a device with a good camera, enough memory, a good microphone and so on. Moreover, it turns worse if there are 3 or 4 children who are still in school. Second, there is the fact that virtual classes need diffrent tools that on-site classes use, so there isn't any training about these tools given to the teachers. It makes that the students get bored and stressed because of the inadequate didactics used by many teachers. Third, there is the question, are the students learning?I am sure that you saw some jokes about it in which the student just for error left the camera on showing that he or she is sleeping, playing, cooking and other many thing. So, how sure are the teachers that their students are paying attention, taking notes?. I am pretty sure that just the 20 o less percent take attetion to the class wich make us ask ourselves if they are really learning something. Although many people say that virtual classes are the most wonderful thing that could happen because of the way it help you to save money, the happines that it give to you of having your children with you at home, and many thing like that I am conviced that these virtual classes in these times are not the best option for sudents.

DIGITAL PLATFORMS HELPS STUDENTS TO IMPROVE THEIR KNOWLEDGE?
In Bolivia the education in the last years was difficult, we know students pass virtual classes, we are going to see how students learn in virtual classes. Teachers in our classes are using a lot of tools, platforms or apps to improve the learning of students, most of teachers and students use meet google classroom, zoom among others. it was difficult for us at the beginning because it was new. Anyway if we see the positive point of view, we learn more comfortable in our houses, we can organize our time and we can concentrate better. In the other hand it is difficult pass classes with a bad internet since we can't hear what teachers said or the errors in apps like in classroom or microsoft teams which they have some problems when you want to submit your homework. Neverthless we continue learning and create more porgrams to improve the technology learning. I think that students got used to this new method and in my point of view is helps to enter in this new techonogical world.

I learn better in virtual classes than normal classes. First of all, with virtual classes I can be punctual to each assignment, sometimes I used to be late to my class from 07:30 but now I can be present to the class just at the time that I'm waking up, be punctual in class is very important for me because I don't lose the homeworks and now I can understand lessons that I doesn't even know. Besides that, I feel honestly that if I'm comfortable, I can give more attention to the lessons, when I was in normal classes I always wanted to go to eat or drink something and that makes me lose the attention, now I can't have these distractions because I'm confortable in my home. In conclusion, based on my own experience I'd say that I'm learning better than before the pandemic.

Virtual clases has hit all the world in different ways but it's necessary to mention that the main benefit of it are the amount of activities that you can do at the same time in the same place. First, Covid 19 has afected the economy of all the world, so in order to recover from it we don"t have to spend money to do many of the activiities we have to do everyday. For instance, you can take a course that is taking place in other country and at the same getting one book that shold've cost too much if it hadn't been for virtuality, without spending your money in neither of them. Second, before virtuality we had to wake up two o three hours before we begin our daily activities in order to get ready but not anymore. Nowadays we had the oportunity to sleep a little bit more or to be part of more than one meeting at the same time and due to the fact that we'll be on time with only one click. Last but no least important, now we get the possibility to eat. For instance, while you're in classes or in other activities you can have lunch without the worry that someone will criticize you, most of the times in order to be punctual we don't even have breakfast which was dangerous because it's one of the most important meals of the day but that's in the past. To conclude, even though virtual classes have been a surprise for most of us when noticing that we can be in more than one activity at the same time we made the it part of our reality since it's very helpful.

Virtual education is a controversial issue as a consequence of the pandemic that we have, something important is a good teacher because some of them think that if they give us PDFs, documents and videos we are going to learn, the idea it’s good, but explain the subject with good tools, help us with our doubts it’s better. A good teacher understand that sometimes we can have different problems such us the internet, camera, microphone, computer, cellphone or something else. In fact we are be able to have problems it could be familiar o technological, that’s why they shouldn’t send a lot of homework because be in front of the computer trying to learn, its so demanding not only for students but also teachers, I’m not saying that sending homework it’s a trouble, what I mean is that they should send us homework that help us and organize the time and the ideas.
