         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the areas where most people grew up in the "nicer" places, there is more upward mobility, and most of the time its people of lighter skin, i think this is so because of the prejudice in most areas, white American people are more encouraged to work harder to achieve a larger income despite regardless of being in a "nice" area or a "bad" area, and its fairly apparent that people of lighter skin have the better opportunity for a larger probable mobility </div>]]></description>
