         <description><![CDATA[<div>This needs to be a whole-school approach to focusing on inquiry-based instruction that feeds authentic assessments. But... the instruction as well as the assessments MUST be relatable to the students or we will miss the mark. Therefore, we need to look at "teacher dialogue, student cultural experiences, and parental involvement" (https://core.ac.uk/download/pdf/46946575.pdf) as a basis for making this shift in our school.</div>]]></description>
