         <description><![CDATA[<div>At the end of week 12, I was diagnosed with mild gastritis and urinary infection. Due to this cause, I did not manage to do brisk walk for 2 days in the beginning of week 13. I do not have much appetite so my food consist of porridge, soup and cereal. I only started to eat a rice meal on day 4.</div>]]></description>

I mostly wrote my thought on how starving oneself can cause harm to the body, more so if we also did a physical activity.
