In today's era, some people believe the most crucial element is the purpose of the building instead of its external appearance when constructing a new structure. In this essay, I will examine both sides of the argument and present my own perspective.

To begin with, the proponents argue that the intended use of the building is very significant because it may meet the users' needs. If this building is equipped with a lot of related amenities, it may help people feel more comfortable and convenient, resulting to higher the effective and quality of work. For example, if the building is set up for studying, it should be equipped with various schooling infrastructures like classrooms, laboratories and so on, thus supporting not only students but also teachers to study and work better and harder. Additionally, people also feel more safety. Because of the lack of change in appearance, the owners may have more money to utilize better security equipment like cameras or fire protection systems.

On the other hand, the opponents indicate that the outward look of the building is more important. This is because it may become a symbol of its country. If the outsides are breathtaking, it may attract mass number of tourists, leading to the increase of job opportunities. For instance, in Vietnam, there are numerous famous buildings such as Saigon Time Square or Landmark 81 draw many attentions of travelers. Thanks to that, a lot of stores and accommodations are opened around to cater to the visitors' demand.

In my opinion, I think that both of viewpoints accurate on certain so that the owner should bring in construction strategies not only retaining customers but also developing building’s reputation.

In conclusion, despite the impressive appearance of building that is necessary such as becoming a symbol of country, the intended use is also critical like serving the needs of users. Therefore, to address this problem, the owners should concentrate on both of these issues to retain customers and improve the building's revenues.

While designing a new building, the most important factor is the intended use of the building rather than its outward appearance.

A home office needs a tidy space, natural light, and fresh air. A shopping mall needs a wide design, easy walkways, and well-planned shopping areas. If we don’t think about what people need, the building may not be useful, wasting money and working poorly.

But how a building look is also important, especially for beauty and how it fit in the city. A well-designed building not only catch people's eyes but also show culture, brand value, or creative idea. For example, famous buildings like Landmark 81 or Bitexco is not just useful but also a symbols of their cities.

In my opinion, the purpose of a building are the most important thing when designing, but it's look also matters. A good design should balance usefulness and beauty to make a nice and comfortable place for living or to work. So, both of these things is important and should be thinked about together in building design.

In the near future, designing a new building will be very necessary. Many people believe that the outward appearance of a building is the most important factor in its design, while others think that its intended use is a better option. This essay will discuss both views and state my support for the first one.

On the one hand, when designing a new building, its outward appearance plays a very important role because the way a building looks can greatly impact the people who use it. For example, if a building is designed to be beautiful, it can create a positive environment and improve the experience of its users. Moreover, an attractive building can help promote a brand, attract attention, and bring economic benefits in the future. For instance, at TDTU, well-designed buildings can help improve the university’s reputation and attract more students, leading to long-term benefits.

On the other hand, I believe that it is better to focus on the intended use of the building. This is because a building is only valuable when it fully meets the needs of its users. For example, hospitals must be designed to help doctors and nurses work efficiently and to ensure patients receive the best care. Similarly, schools should be built to provide a comfortable learning environment for teachers and students. If we only care about how a building looks and ignore its function, it may become inefficient, waste resources, and fail to provide real benefits.

In conclusion, I think that both views are relevant. Although it is partly true that the outward appearance of a building can bring aesthetic and economic benefits, I still support the view that we should prioritize its intended use to ensure practical value and long-term effectiveness.

Nowadays, some people believe that a new building has been designed with useful intentions is better than its outward look. In this essay, I will discuss both views and explain my agreement.

On the one hand, the building design should be meet the need of users. Firstly, the functions of the building need to be focused. For example, a school should be built with many classrooms or a hostpital has been designed suitable to treat patients well. Secondly, for some people, the outward may not be the most important thing. The truth is that, our society is developing, so the good facilities should be supported for people to get more comfortable and have a better life.

On the other hand, I believe that this is better that the buildings’s outward appearance is also an important thing. First of all, the buildings with a good look will need to be focused more people come to live. From that, the owners will get more profits and benefits. Moreover, the ideal sight of buildings can improve quality of people live there. When they live in a beautiful building, they feel comfortable and relax. Next thing, people can introduce the culture of their country from the impressive of the building is a good opportunity to popularize feature of their ethnic group, their region and their nation. For example, The Landmark 81 is the highest skyscraper in Vietnam is inspired of bamboo, which is the symbol of Vietnamese’s solidarity.

In conclusion, Although it is partly true that the intended use of the building is essential in some cases, I still support the view that we should build the building with beautiful outlook.

These days, with urban planning in a mass of countries, plenty of buildings are being constructed. Due to this context, a controversial topic exists among people about whether builders should focus on the building's appearance or prioritize its functions instead. This essay will clarify some rationales for these views and state my agreement with the latter perspective.

On the one hand, putting more effort into the building's look brings many advantages for users and possessors. Firstly, it draws citizens' attention, enhances the city's look, and attracts tourists. Therefore, product-and-service centers emerge thanks to the huge expenditure demand of visitors, creating more job opportunities for local dwellers. For example, landmark 81 is considered a proud symbol of Ho Chi Minh City, welcoming masses of outsiders every day based on its gorgeous beauty and outstanding height. Secondly, due to commercial benefits and influences, as aforementioned, a well-designed facade can raise the building's value, benefiting its owner.

On the other hand, I suppose that concentrating on developing the intended purpose of the building brings more advantages. While a breathtaking appearance can gather people, efficient function is the key point to holding them permanently. Because visitors initially come there to fulfill their curiosity, if the services and functions do not meet their needs, they rarely return, harming the building's financial performance. Furthermore, a well-functioning construction can satisfy users' practical demands and enhance the serving quality and quantity. For instance, a school equipped with state-of-the-art technological equipment and quality facilities can improve the teaching ability and support more students.

In conclusion, both views are relevant. While a breathtaking visual can bring more chances to the owner and dwellers around, I still support the view that focusing on using purpose is much better by facilitating users' works.

Some people believe that the main focus when designing a building should be its purpose, while others argue that appearance is just as important. In my opinion, the function of a building is more important than how it looks, but the design should still be visually appealing.

On the one hand, the purpose of a building decides its shape and specification. For instance, a hospital must have broad hallways, patient rooms and emergency exits, whereas a school needs to have classrooms, libraries and sports facilities. If architects only focus on appearance, the building will not be useful for its users. A beautiful building that does not meet the needs of the people using it would not be effective. Additionally, office buildings should be designed for efficiency and accessibility to improve productivity and customer experience.

One the other hand, appearance should not be entirely dismissed. A well-designed building can enhance the city’s landscape and attract visitors. Recognizable landmarks, like the Eiffel Tower or Sydney Opera House, are noted for their unique architecture. Aesthetic design can also instill a sense of pride and cultural identity within a community. For example, historical architecture represents the culture and legacy of a region. Moreover, an attractive environment can positively impact people's mood and well-being. Incorporating green spaces and modern architectural elements can create a more pleasant and sustainable urban environment. Therefore, architects should try to balance both function and beauty.

In conclusion, the main priority when designing a building should be its intended use, but appearance also plays a role. A good building is both practical and aesthetically pleasing.
