I think the thing that affects how we deal with stressors is our perspective on the stressor so what I do is to think differently, namely by saying positive words to ourselves, by saying positive words it will indirectly be suggested to our actions and thoughts. the second is to act differently, namely by changing the way we view things, for example by changing or stopping our routines. Third, get out of your comfort zone. We have a natural tendency to stick to the things we normally do and avoid situations that make us uncomfortable. While this is a good way to avoid a difficult situation, it also keeps us in a settled situation.
