CHEO provides many services including Coordinated Service Planning (CSP) which was created to support families with children/youth who have multiple and/or complex special needs. Coordinated Service Planning makes sure that all the professionals involved with families are working together as a team towards a family's goals, and that you are kept informed of what's going on at all times. This service was started because families of children/youth with special needs were finding it difficult and complicated to coordinate multiple services and ensure the best plan of care for their child/youth. Coordinated Service Planning was created, as a component of the Special Needs Strategy, by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
Phone Number: (613) 737-0871, extension 2757

Toll Free: 1-800-565-4839, extension 2757

Fax: 613-738-4841.
Website: https://www.cheo.on.ca/en/clinics-services-programs/coordinated-service-planning.aspx

Ausome is an organization dedicated to enriching the lives of families living with autism through sport. For kids with autism, playing sports isn’t always easy. Sometimes, community programs are not designed to meet the needs of kids with autism. In other cases, financially stressed families just can’t afford to enroll, after they have paid for all their child’s therapies. Ausome’s programs are lead by professional behaviour therapists and trained volunteers, are inclusive, structured, & FUN! Most programs are offered at no cost to families. Activities in the past include: basketball, soccer, water polo, dance, camp days, baseball, yoga, fine motor skills, fundamental movement, obstacle adventures and more.
Email: info@ausomeottawa.com
Website: https://ausomeottawa.com/
