         <description><![CDATA[<p>3 is about right. The question is who leads them, for how long and what are the criteria for selection of domain leaders.</p><p>Being a domain leader comes with the benefit of selecting PhD applicants and profile visibility.</p><p>It would be fair to share these roles so everybody benefits the same.</p><p>For example, if some people led over the last 3 years, then they can now let other lead for some time and so on.</p>]]></description>
