Van Bilsen, published a treaty called  the Thirty Year Plan for the Political Emancipation of Belgian Africa. </div><div><br></div><div>An African group known as ABAKO thought that this plan was not going to bring success and decided to fight against it, believing that it would create more issues.</div><div><br></div><div>ABAKO led riots against them. </div>]]></description>
