If you do experience leaks during heavy rain in the past, we recommend  placing a bucket or take measures to minimize water ingress and damages.

Report any maintenance concerns immediately, particularly blocked gutters, leaks, or drainage issues, loose powerlines, damaged trees etc.

Park vehicles in safe areas if your building/garage has a history of  flooding during heavy rain.
