The present name is Chinatown,  all the houses and stores in the town of the tang people were built by the tang people and not the demons, it looked a lot like the streets in Canton, the roofs of the buildings were tiled. In the front of the buildings were guards against demons, some even had a scroll asking a god to protect them from demons. The streets were narrow and the buildings made is much more narrow.

The killing of the man in the shadows probably scared Moon Shadow and it could get Wind Rider in a lot of trouble, b/c he killed the man the man. Also MS and WR are forced to rent a stable from a demoness, who was once rich, but is now poor.
3)Why is this chapter called "Wind Rider's claws?" Wind Rider used to be a dragon and dragons have claws. Also Wind Rider is taking control using his "Claws" in this chapter on Moon Shadow.

Windrider and Moonshadow now live in a vacant stable that they rent from Miss Whitlaw. The stable is in a corner of the yard and even has a potbellied stove. The mats and blankets are laid in one corner of the room. They even put some of the gift they got in one corner which would make them probably feel comfortable.

He wrote to the Wright brothers for information about Airplanes, and Orville Wright gave them diagrams and blueprints. However, Windrider was angry that He told Mrs. Whitlaw of his dream and thought the letter was like begging.

3) What personality traits do Miss Whitlaw, Moon Shadow, and Windrider have in common? How are they different?

They are all polite and eager to learn. But Windrider has a short temper and gets mad easily. Robin tells Moon Shadow that Jack, the boy that harassed him earlier, hates being hit in the nose because he’s afraid of the sight of his own blood. Then Moon Shadow goes outside and punches Jack in the face.
4. Why does Miss Whitlaw say, "We see the same things and yet find different truths"? 
Mrs. Whitlaw was referring to the constellations in the sky, how she and Robin saw them but Windrider and Moon Shadow sees things differently. Grandmother highly disapproves and insults Windrider, calling him a “fool who was a disgrace to the family, both the living and the dead”. Mother, however, is patient, and waits calmly, and doesn’t believe that he is a fool who is a disgrace to the family.
3. What does Moon Shadow mean when he says, "I had found my mountain of gold, after all, and it had not been nuggets but people who made it up."? see pg. 210 
Moon Shadow means that wealth is not everything. Literal wealth and power adds nothing to who you are. But the people that you are with are more valuable than nuggets of gold.

The flight of Dragon wing started as a rumbling start, but after a push from the wind Dragonwings was off. Moonshadow even said “it seemed that Dragonwings leaped into the air,” Dragon wings was five feet in the air. Windrider had controlled the flight and had landed safely. Dragon wings stayed in the air for 5:00 and the highest they went was about twenty feet.
