It is kind of surreal to say the least. It's been a long journey; The growth in knowledge, strength and most of all understanding is unquestionably the biggest things I am taking from this experience. I plan to find a job in my major, and slowly work on my Bachelors and hopefully attain that within my next five years goal plans. The papers due, the last minute studies, the I just need a 60 to pass week. It's scary yet rewarding. All the time and hard work (hopefully) we've put in has reached culmination. It's this week where you reap the rewards of a long sixteen weeks and add another rung on the ladder to success. I have enjoyed it. I've had my lazy weeks, my work hard weeks and the weeks that met in the middle. College is a lot like life, and maybe it prepares you for it more than you know. You figure out balance. What you need to do to stay on top, and still enjoy yourself at the same time. This class in particular, although I'm taking it near the end of my time here at Sinclair has taught me more than I knew about myself and things I still need to learn. The assignments throughout this course have really made me think about myself. Something not many classes do. I've always been afraid of failing here or there at something, but this class has helped me realize to just  be confident in my myself as a whole and my work.

Secondly would be time management. I always have thought I could get by devoting my time to friends, partying, other hobbies etc. but we had one assignment that made us chart what we spend time doing and I believe I could cut out some things to focus more on classes.

Lastly I would say emotion. I've found myself being more open about how I feel, not just through writing songs. I think this is largely due to the journal entries. Some of them made us dig deep. Thanks for that

I know we did assignments to help us study but I more often than not play the last minute cram game. I've made it, but yikes it sure is better knowing you're prepared.

Second I would say is shyness. I know it seems off improving on confidence but needing to work on shyness but it's true. I'm still not the most comfortable speaking up in class even if I know the answer, or have input on a topic.

Thirdly I would have to be reading. I need to read more. I had no clue about counseling services, tutoring, all the things the library has to offer etc.
2)Time management.
This one was big for me, I still have that lazy/procrastination bone that needs to be worked out but I do a much better job of devoting time to things that should be first.
3) I really enjoyed the topics on how to get out of debt/school loans and how to pay them off. Especially since I'm so close to being done.
4) The Google Drive!
I love this, and all it has to offer. I know I didn't do every journal assignment, but I intend to keep that journal going. I also love the powerpoint tool. It's very useful and I actually used it in another class.
5) I learned to be me.
Faults, failures, smiles, sadness, mistakes, you name it and I'm embracing it. And that is the biggest takeaway from this course.
