Your brother is really obsessed with football. In my view, you should need to stay close to him. After get along with him, you should start to deliver the notifications what should he really do in his spare time. Like I said, you should tell him that to replace the watching time with anything else. Having said that, if he usually watches four matches a day, he should reduce one match, like three matches per day. You should advise him that he should do some household tasks or gardening in that time. Later, he can control himself to not wasting too much time on football.

I believe that my advice will help you a lot.

By Yoon Pyae Aung

You said that your brother is obsessed with football, right? Furthermore, he is older than you so you can't control him. However, even though you can't control him completely, you can change his mind. I mean that you should get on well with him and stay closed with him. When the time goes on, you two might be together like twins. I wanna mean that doing together in everything. At that time, he may be less interested in football rather than before. I don't know how is the situation between you guys. Like I said, you should try to close with him; watching football together. You are expert in it, aren't you? I hope, my advice will be effective. If it is not ok, please reply to me. I will give you another advice. Good luck friend!

by Ceila

So, you imply your brother is obsessed with football? As I see it, being obsessed with something too much can cause you to lose yourself. You can't control your brother, but you can care for him by helping him manage his free time. Like I said, when he is free, you guys should spend time together as much as possible, doing things like hanging out, playing games, and talking to each other. On the other hand, he should consider getting a pet. While taking care of a pet, he might reduce the time he spends on football. This interaction could help him balance his time better. Is my advice helpful for managing your brother's obsession with football?

Additionally, he should do physical exercise, try reading a book, and practice meditation to remind himself not to rush into football too much.

I believe that my advice will help you a lot.

By Win

Your brother is obsessed with football? In my opinion, you should say gently don't be angry because he is your brother. You should tell him to reduce football match watching, if you can't, you should watch 1 match per day. That making like this isn't improve yourself. Don't waste time with this. You should focus on yourself and your dream. And then build your body, don't live like a loser. That isn't over, you have time to change. You should say like that to your brother. I hope my advice is useful for you.

By Si Thu

Kay Thi Soe Naing

So, your brother is addicted to watching football matches because doing hobbies too much becomes obsession. You couldn't tell him not to watch too much and buy expensive tickets directly. If I were you, I would take him as football companion and ask him which team he likes which I would suggest him to watch its matches only. Another solution is replacing football board games, or finding new hobby which may be cooking or something. Is that happened that's because he has got too much free time? What about making him busy? Like I said, live near him and watch football together to make more close to him first. OK? I hope my words probably help you.

First of all you need to say it gently because that football is something he always been loved, obsessed so you just can't randomly tell him to give up on his hobbies it's not gonna be that easy. I would like to suggest you to get close with him, communicate with him like going to the football matches with him, learning about his hobbies. Once he's close enough to accept your suggestion you should tell him to learn new activities or you can do activities together with him. Something like camping.

I hope my advice can help you, good luck!

By Kyar Phyu

So you mean your elder brother has such an obsession for football game and now it's getting worse than you expected, right? If I were you, I'd probably try to get along with him to get to know details about him.And in return,I'll ask him to join me doing physical exercise like going for a walk or playing gym in the early morning. Having said that,I do think mental health issues are going to be better for him . He'll be able to see the nature of world and understand that it has more benifits than watching three of four matches on Tv a day. Like I said we'd absolutely need to meditate to upload our mental souls so that we'd find the solution to control being addicted to doing something. After that we'll have to do something interesting for him like making party . The reason I say that is because he needs to have such a good communication with people that he can reduce his precious time watching soccer. Another important thing to recognise is to announce his friends. We should ask them to help your brother be a general man.If my advice was helpful I'd feel happy for your brother.

By Myat Su

So, you have a problem that your brother is addicted to football badly? In my point of view, you can't force him to stop immediately because he is obsessed with watching football matches. Even he broke up with his girlfriend and he is older than you. As an elder brother, he won't listen to you so you should change his habit of watching matches too much and hang out with him often and give him more time. For example, play games or talk with him at home or do activities so it probably works. Another one thing, you should connect with your brother's friends and request not to talk about football all time. If I were you, I would talk to him all the time even if he says I am making noise around him and I would subscribe to some gym or library so that we can spend time playing at the gym and reading books. Sometimes play football on the field in futsal so he might be interested in playing football rather than watching or spending money on it. Do you have confidence to change his interests or habits and give much time in your daily life?

I hope my advice might work and you guys will have a great time.

by Siri
