Two effective communication is posters around town and in the centre and emails for the day care event,

Posters create community awareness, while emails provide clear and detailed information directly to families. Using both methods increases the chances that everyone hears about the event and feels invited.

Camillia

When planning a daycare event, the “best” communication isn’t just about sending a message- it’s about ensuring it actually gets seen by busy, overstretched parents. You can do the “Door & Cubby” method cause parents are mostly focused on their child’s care so maybe leaving a bright flyer in front at the door or in the children’s cubby so then they can see it when its drop off and pick up time. Another way is parents almost have their phones within reach so maybe sending a SMS or through the daycare app if the daycare has apps for parents such as “HiMama’ or “procare” Or whatever app that the daycare may have.

Ada
