Informed choice, respect for life, birth control, and responsible parenthood are the Four Pillars of Responsible Parenthood. The first pillar, informed choice, discusses how the government must provide fair and objective information and accessibility to these services, as well as the inclusion of reproductive health and sexuality education in schools. Respect for life is the act of acknowledging that abortion is unlawful and punishable by law. Birth control refers to the provision of reproductive health services, knowledge, and equipment, particularly to low-income individuals. Finally, responsible parenthood occurs when couples evaluate their ideal family size, and parents should be well-versed in all aspects of family life, reproductive health, and responsible parenthood.

The Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act creates a foundation based on four pillars: informed choice, respect for life, birth control, and responsible parenthood. The first pillar, informed choice, states that truthful and reliable information should be willingly given and accessible to all without discrimination. It opens up discussions about the topic to the youth and adults alike through schools and educational institutions. The second pillar, respect for life, deal with the idea that all life must be conserved and should not be discarded. The primary goal of the pillar is to ban and make illegal abortion and to emphasize the importance of life. The next pillar, birth control, lessens unwanted pregnancy by allowing the free use of contraception and further broadens the accessibility of reproductive information and care to poor or developing areas. The last pillar, responsible parenthood, strengthens the need of couples to plan their family. To avoid issues such as abuse and irresponsible parenting, this pillar answers the need for parents to have family education.

The Republic Act of 10354 includes the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health education in which it states in helping inform Filipino citizens about sexual education to prevent early sex or premarital sex and unwanted pregnancies. With that in mind, the law is important to somewhat solve and approach overpopulation in the Philippines. Unwanted pregnancies can cause branching problems such as irresponsible parenting which can severely affect the child born. It is even more so affecting women who were impregnated by rape or incest. So, to prevent such things to happen again, education about sex is implemented early on in schools.

At the present, many are victims of sexually transmitted infections and familial issues due to the lack of education regarding prevention and treatment. In order to respond to the issues of the country, the Reproductive Health Act of 2012 aims to provide citizens with further knowledge about family planning to avoid overpopulation. Moreover, it allows adolescents to learn more about sexual intercourse and give free access to contraceptives to lessen incidents such as teenage pregnancy. In addition, the RH Law meets the demand for the expansion of hospitals and staff in the country, especially in rural areas. It bans hospitals from denying one’s right to receive health care and procedures due to discrimination. It promotes inclusivity and opens “taboo” topics up for discussion in order to promote awareness. It aims to prevent societal issues such as abuse and poverty due to not being able to meet the financial demands of a big family. It allows citizens to think critically before pushing through with hasty decisions that may ruin both their lives and possible children. The law gives a solution to the current issues and problems related to one’s sexuality and the consequences that follow.

The pillar describes the government as proposals of promoting and providing information about medical services pertaining to parenthood and information about reproductive health. The second pillar is respecting life, it is described as the pillar in which parents acknowledge the importance of the life that is formed inside the woman's body. The third pillar describes birth control as a need for supplies to control childbirth, especially for those who don't easily have access. Alike to the law, the last pillar is responsible parenthood and it states that parent should determine their family size so that there would be no unpreparedness when it comes to parenting.

The four pillars of foundation are Informed Choice, Respect for Life, Birth Control, and Responsible Parenthood. First, Informed Choice talks about how schools and other educational settings should teach students reproductive health and sexuality education. At a young age, students should understand how important it is to be informed. When Filipinos talk about sex education, others called it “bastos,” “malaswa,” or inappropriate. It shouldn’t be expressed in that way because the youth especially should be informed about this topic. The government should provide only truthful and reliable information that is accessible to everyone. The first pillar is very vital because it talks about our future, our decisions, and family planning. Second, the Respect for Life talks about how every life is precious. The goal of this pillar is to recognize that abortion is illegal and punishable by law. But still, some choose to abort their babies. Is it because of the bad choices or decisions they made? That is why the first pillar is very important for all to be informed what are the benefits and consequences of every action and decision we make. The second pillar is also related to the third pillar which is Birth Control. This talks about reproductive healthcare, information, and supplies that can be used to lessen unwanted pregnancies. As you can see, if you learned the first pillar you can apply it to the third pillar. With this, it is important to give accessible and available reproductive healthcare to everyone, especially those who are poor. If an individual applied what is learned in the first and third pillars, he or she will not sort to do an abortion and this will lead to the second pillar. Lastly, Responsible Parenthood aims for couples to plan their ideal family size. This is why family planning is important and it should be discussed by couples. The good choices and decisions they will make would produce good outcomes in the future. The fourth pillar talks about how the government shall equip each parent with needed information in all aspects of family life, reproductive health, and responsible parenthood. If all of these pillars were applied, the future of every family will be better and healthier.

The Reproductive Health Law branches out into different stems, such as well-being, freedom, and health. The RPRH Law aims to ensure services that aid in the prevention, treatment, and management of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) and HIV/ AIDS. Particularly, it focuses on human rights or freedom. The reproductive health law is a ground-breaking law that ensures that everyone, including members of underprivileged communities, has access to nearly all modern contraceptives at government health facilities. The law also requires that reproductive health education be taught in public schools and acknowledges that post-abortion care is a part of peoples' rights to reproductive health care. The RPRH Law is founded on each person's inherent right to human dignity, including their rights to nondiscrimination and equality, the right to peaceful and equitable globalization, and the authority to make decisions. Overall, the Reproductive Health Law is an essential law for our country, this protects, women, children, and men, and this ensures that everyone has the right to life and freedom.

Overpopulation is one of the many issues that the Philippines is currently facing. This is why Philippine Congress enacted the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act of 2012. According to a survey, 36.2% and 43.5% of Filipino college and high school graduates respectively admitted to having engaged in premarital sex. In addition, 66.7% and 79.6% did not use any protection at first premarital sex. Because of this, RH Law is very important as it upholds choice and human rights. This law primarily focuses on everyone's awareness. Sexuality education is one of the elements provided by this law. It teaches about values formation, children’s and women’s rights, population and development, responsible relationship, and family planning. Moreover, it teaches about the prevention and management of reproductive tract infections (RTIs), HIV/AIDS, and sexually transmittable infections. This law also aims to eliminate violence against women and children and other forms of sexual and gender-based violence. If this law is implemented properly and all have access to this program, every Filipino will have quality education about sexuality and to properly decide about their health and safety.

Reproductive Health Law is essential in family planning, parenting, and sexuality education. This law recognizes the importance of public and private hospitals providing free family planning programs and methods such as natural family planning or fertility awareness. Furthermore, this law encourages both public and private schools to include lessons on sexuality and gender-related issues such as rape, incest, STI, HIV, and AIDS in their curricula. Raising awareness about such matters reduces the likelihood of students engaging in unintended and unplanned intercourse and preventing accidental pregnancies. Finally, the benefits of the Reproductive Health Law include provisions that provide everyone with mobile health care, emergency obstetric care, contraception, and maternal death review to raise awareness about family planning. Anyone who violates this law will be imprisoned for 1-6 months and fined between Php 10,000 and Php 50,000; hence, this law must be highly recognized and followed by everyone.

Because Informed Choice provides them with the necessary educational information on where they may find useful information. This information may be obtained from schools or even the government. Being open to these themes helps individuals realize how reproductive health and sex education are intertwined. This also gives them an open mind to grasp and discuss these things, as we develop or improve our understanding of making smart decisions in the future. While Respect for Life is when the importance of one's life is realized for them to be respected. However, we regard abortion to be unlawful and penalized by law. Birth Control is a method of preventing unintended births. I should make these materials available, especially to low-income recipients. Then comes Responsible Parenthood, in which parents decide how they will create their family while taking into account all of the numerous considerations. This teaches them to be responsible and to know how to cope with children as they grow older. It teaches things like being a responsible parent in the future.

There are four pillars of responsible parenthood, namely informed choice, respect for life, birth control, and responsible parenthood. The first pillar, informed choice, states that the government should promote and provide accurate, unbiased information and access to these services. This pillar is also necessary for schools as they help to educate and inform students about the importance of learning topics covering reproductive health and sexuality education. This is helpful for students to be informed about the serious topic that is happening in life. The second pillar is respect for life; this states that aborting a child is illegal and will be punished by law. The third pillar is birth control which prevents a person from having an unwanted pregnancy. These are the reproductive healthcare, information, and supplies that are given to poor individuals. Lastly, responsible parenthood helps couples to plan and decide their ideal family size. This pillar helps parents to be knowledgeable about proper and correct parenting. This is to avoid such problems in the future, where they abuse and hurt their child. Moreover, it is the government that provides all of this information that will teach couples about the characteristics of family life, reproductive health, and responsible parenthood.

The foundation of The Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act is built around four pillars, which are: Informed Choice, Respect for Life, Birth Control, and Responsible Parenthood. The first pillar, Informed Choice, prioritizes the provision of information and access to services regarding Reproductive Health given by the government to the citizens. Here, it is emphasized that the information to be given must be unbiased and free from opinions. Aside from this, the first pillar also states the inclusion of Reproductive Health and Sexuality Education in educational settings such as school. For public schools, this inclusion is mandatory. The second Pillar, Respect for Life, recognizes the issue about abortion. This pillar states that abortion is a prohibited act and is punishable by law. The third pillar, Birth Control, serves as a prevention for unwanted and unplanned pregnancies. In this pillar, information and supplies regarding Reproductive Healthcare are to be given, especially to those deprived of knowledge and access. Lastly, the fourth pillar, Responsible Parenthood, talks about good family planning. Here, couples are to decide how far they are going to grow their family. Also, under this pillar the government has the responsibility to prepare parents by giving them all information needed regarding family life, reproductive health, and responsible parenthood.

An issue that is prevalent and unfortunately common in our country is the high cases of teenage pregnancy. Due to insufficient knowledge and understanding about the topic of reproductive health, many Filipinos, especially adolescents, engage in unprotected premarital sex. With this, it eventually leads to consequences such as unwanted pregnancy. Not only that, but also diseases such as STD, HIV, and AIDS.

As a Catholic country, many Filipinos regard this topic as “taboo,” but given the consequences that may arise because of lack of knowledge, this should not be the case. This issue can be solved through the RH Law since the law requires the discussion of Sexuality Education in schools. Through this, more people would be aware of our body, our reproductive health to be specific. It is important and beneficial that we know about it as early as our teenage years. This is to erase and ease cases of teenage pregnancy, rape, incest, overpopulation, and many more.

Responsible parenting is based on four pillars: educated decision-making, respect for human life, birth control, and responsible parenting. According to the first pillar, informed choice, the government should support and offer access to these services as well as accurate, unbiased information. This pillar is important for schools as well since they assist in informing and educating students about the value of learning about sexuality and reproductive health. This helps kids learn about the major issues that are now affecting society. Respect for life is the second pillar, according to which it is unlawful to abort a child and will result in legal repercussions. Birth control, which stops a person from becoming pregnant unintentionally, is the third pillar. These are the reproductive healthcare services, materials, and information provided to the underprivileged. Last but not least, good parenting enables couples to plan and select the size of their ideal family. This pillar supports parents in having knowledge of appropriate and correct parenting techniques. This is done to prevent future situations where they might abuse and injure their child. Additionally, it is the government that disseminates all of this knowledge, educating couples on the virtues of marriage, reproductive health, and responsible parenting.

This law also satisfies the need for increased hospital capacity and staff, especially in rural areas. It prohibits hospitals from denying someone's right to receive medical care and operations on the basis of discrimination. Thus, it encourages inclusivity.

Due to the lack of proper sexual education, birth control, and services, the country has witnessed a steady increase in its population. However, with the help of the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act of 2012, we will be able to educate, assist, and support a greater number of people with this problem. Thanks to the programs instilled by the law in all educational settings, such as doctor's appointments or class lessons, more people are made aware of the problems stemming from the act of premarital sex and how they can avoid them. Not only can these things lead to even bigger problems and complications for the partners, like adolescent pregnancies, but they can even lead to the consideration of abortions. Because they are only adolescents, it would be difficult for them to support themselves, but it would be even harder for them to care for a child. They can also provide opportunities for people to gain insight into the topic so they will know what to do in the future when they plan to have a family of their own. Furthermore, this law addresses the issues in the country, such as rape and incest, which both fall under gender-based violence. That's why it is important to implement a law like this not only in our country but for everyone in the world, because not only would this help decrease the overpopulation of our country, but it would also provide a long-term solution to this long-term problem of teen pregnancies all over the world.

The Responsible Parenthood and Reproduction Health Act of 2012 was passed as a step to resolve the overpopulation our country is facing. RH Law consists of programs that help citizens be informed of proper family planning and sexual education. Under this law, Hospitals are required to provide family planning services and Schools are also required to cover topics of sexuality in their lessons. This law does not only cover Reproduction Health but also the social issues that arise from the lack of knowledge on these topics such as gender-based violence like rape, and incest. This also aims to decrease the rate of teenage pregnancies along with unwanted pregnancies.

The four pillars of responsible parenthood are informed choice, respect for life, birth control, and responsible parenting. The first pillar is informed choice, which shows the government's responsibility to promote and offer unbiased information about these services as well as access to them. The second pillar is respect for life, where we can see that this act recognizes that abortion is prohibited and punishable by law, implying that we should respect everyone, including those who have not yet been born. The third pillar is birth control, where different information is available and services such as reproductive healthcare, information, and supplies must be available to all recipients, especially those with poor beneficiaries. The fourth and final pillar is responsible parenting, in which the couple decides the extent of their desired family and plans for their future. Furthermore, under this pillar, the government must offer all parents the essential information on all aspects of family life, reproductive health, and responsible parenthood

The Reproductive Health Law is significant because it provides everyone with access to various types of information and services. This law will prevent overpopulation and might help our economic growth. Because sexual education is considered "taboo" in our country, it can lead to early pregnancy or poor decisions that can harm someone's health. I believe that this law will help everyone, especially teenagers, get the information and services they need. It will also give insights about the prevention and management of different sexually transmitted infections (STIs). It will educate everyone on various useful information and services related to responsible parenting. This law is very beneficial as we learn more about reproductive health.

This pillar also states the provision in integrating reproductive health and sexuality education in schools. The second pillar, Respect for Life, states that the act of abortion is acknowledged as illegal and punishable by law. The third pillar, Birth Control, states that reproductive information, healthcare, and supplies should be made easily available to people, mainly to those belonging to poverty-stricken areas.

The Reproductive Health Law is especially important in the Philippines, considering the fact that the country has a large population, and suffers from a wide array of issues such as overpopulation and poverty. The law addresses multiple issues regarding parenthood and reproduction, and acknowledges and expands the government's role in providing information, support, and healthcare to people. It educates young people on sensitive topics like sexuality and pregnancy, allowing them to make smart decisions regarding parenthood and reproductive health. For parents, especially those faced with hardship and difficulty, the Reproductive Health Law supports and helps them make future plans regarding their family and children, so that they are able to provide and care for their children without compromising on the quality of their life, education, and health. Parenthood is not something that can easily be disregarded, as it is a significant milestone in one's development with their health, and their relationships. It is important to both regulate, support, and educate people regarding reproduction, sexuality, and parenthood. Without it, the Philippines would be at more of a risk of a humanitarian crisis due to overpopulation, poverty, and food shortages and natural disasters.

The Reproductive Health Law is important as it provides the country with a reproductive health program that can be used to address different issues about health and parenting, as well as overpopulation. This law aims to provide the country's citizens with basic, easily accessible, and reliable information and services from which they can learn to be responsible in their decisions in life. Through this law, couples would be able to receive necessary information regarding different family planning methods from hospitals, which they can use to plan out and create smart choices about their future family life. This law also provides adolescents with basic sexuality education, as well as different social issues that must be given utmost importance and concern. Because of this law, adults, as well as young people would be able to have the ability to perform and decide on their choices in life and their future responsibly and effectively. It also contributes to bringing awareness and creating solutions to social issues which still plague the country today such as gender-based violence, Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs), and much more.

Informed Choice: I would say the most crucial pillar because in a way, it is the main structure of the other three that would follow. Informed choice is simply education and quality of the accessible information about Reproductive and Sexual Education. One of the issues here is how the majority are uninformed of the basics simply because of how the elderly stigmatize the topic.

Respect For Life: How Abortion is illegal and punishable by law, and how it;s rooted to the first pillar, because being informed of the consequences would help you prevent an unwanted pregnancy that forces you to resort to such acts.

Birth Control: How reproductive healthcare, information, and supplies should be made available to all, most especially to poor beneficiaries. To me this is crucial in a sense of how rampant unprotective sex is to teenagers, which leads to poor family planning, and it’s saddening how some reasons out that they do not have access to it because they no prior knowledge on how it can help them, or how it is beyond their budget.

Responsible Parenthood: For me, this is somehow related to proper family planning. It means having prior knowledge of EVERYTHING before giving birth to a new life into the world. It’s crucial for the parent’s to not constantly have problems with being parents, and for the child for the quality of life it is to experience.

The Reproductive Health Law is important because it makes diverse information and services available to everyone. This regulation will limit population growth and could boost our economy. Sexual education can result in early pregnancy or bad judgments that could jeopardize someone's health because it is "taboo" in our society. I think that this rule will make it easier for everyone to get the information and services they require, especially youngsters. Additionally, it will provide information about how to prevent and treat certain STDs (STIs). It will inform everyone about a variety of practical facts and parenting-related products and services. In light of what we now know about reproductive health, this law is quite advantageous.

The Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act structure a foundation based on four pillars; informed choice, respect for life, birth control, and responsible parenthood. Informed choice, the first pillar, situates and identifies the crucial role of the government as a credible source in the proliferation of information and access to services. Moreover, this pillar aims to integrate reproductive health and sexuality education in multiple educational institutions, particularly to open discussions regarding the mentioned topic for adolescents. The second pillar, respect for life, exhibits the conservation and protection of life. It states that abortion, defined as the termination of a pregnancy, is against and punishable by law. The third pillar, identified as birth control, issues the free use of contraception and the extensive availability of various reproductive healthcare, information, and supplies, especially for poor beneficiaries. Lastly, the fourth pillar, responsible parenthood, determines and promotes the vital role of family planning among couples. In addition, the mentioned pillar indicates the role of the government in composing programs that aim to source information on all aspects of family life, reproductive health, and responsible parenthood to Filipinos.

According to the recent findings and data released by the Department of Health (DOH) in March 2022, a total of 1,539 confirmed and recorded cases of HIV-positive individuals were issued to the HIV/AIDS & Anti-retroviral Therapy (ART) Registry of the Philippines (HARP). From January 1948 to March 2022, the total reported cases tallied to a staggering 97,729 HIV cases, recording 5,548 deaths. In the Philippines alone, a country classified as the fastest-growing HIV epidemic in the Asia and Pacific Region, the HIV/AIDS epidemic is a social issue caused by implications of several factors, including the continuous population growth and the lack of Sex Education (SexEd) in society. With this, the structure and implementation of the Reproductive Health Law, commonly known as the Reproductive Health Act of 2012, is beneficial in raising awareness regarding the subject matter. It aims to provide reliable and unbiased information to each citizen with the intent of informing and destroying social taboos related to HIV/AIDS, allowing one to be open-minded and avoid discrimination. Moreover, it caters to providing an extensive selection and availability of reproductive healthcare and supplies, especially for the poor beneficiaries. Adolescents, particularly teenagers and students, are appropriately educated not only about HIV but also regarding Sex Education (SexEd) under the law. Lastly, under the Reproductive Health Law, family planning programs are administered, structuring a space for knowledge among Filipinos and avoiding overpopulation.

Furthermore, Birth Control is when access to reproductive healthcare, education, and supplies must be made possible, especially for low-income users.

The four pillars that comprise the core of The Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act are Informed Choice, Respect for Life, Birth Control, and Responsible Parenthood. The government's priority under the first pillar, Informed Choice, is to give its constituents access to services and knowledge about reproductive health. It is underlined that the information provided must be objective and prevents the development of bias throughout this context. In addition to this, the first pillar argues for the implementation of Sexual Health and Safe Sex in learning setting like educational establishments. Respect for Life, the second pillar, acknowledges the problem with abortion. According to this pillar, abortion is illegal and is therefore penalized by law. Birth Control, the third pillar, prevents unintended pregnancies. Education and commodities related to sexual and reproductive healthcare ought to be distributed under this aspect, especially to those who lack access and awareness. Responsible Parenthood, the fourth pillar, focuses about effective family planning. In this, individuals should indeed consider how big they want to have their family. Also, as part of this pillar, the government is tasked with educating the population on family situation, sexual rights, and proper parenting.

Population growth, which is one of the country's most pressing concern, is worsened by a shortage of information, particularly in the area of reproductive health. The RPRH Act promotes the welfare of individuals by requiring that they be able to engage in satisfying and safe sexual activity, be able to reproduce, and have the freedom to decide if, when, and how frequently to do so. Teenage pregnancy is therefore a common problem with the population as a whole, and it is one that is both timely and important. This has been happening more frequently over time and is still happening now. Due to a lack of information and awareness regarding reproductive health, many Filipinos, particularly teens, engage in unprotected premarital sex. Additionally, the prevalence of STDS, HIV, and other sexually transmitted diseases is projected to increase. This law is crucial because it aims to educate the public about concerns related to sexual health and the importance of considering family planning. Additionally, this would allow the kids to be as receptive as they could to the sex education in order to reduce sexual problems like unwanted pregnancies.

In my opinion, the root cause of poverty is due to the increasing number of our population which is over 100 million at present. The government's action to prevent or to stop the problem is the creation of the RH Law. It is very important because every Filipino family will be given contraceptives and free education on birth control. Studies revealed that poor families in the Philippines are those big family members. Aside from that, they do not have sufficient income to provide for their survival needs. However, if one or at least two children are in every family, poverty will lessen through the help of RH law.

The inclusion of sex and reproductive health education in schools and other educational settings had also covered by this pillar. Second, a "respect for life" action acknowledges that abortion is prohibited and is a crime. Third, "birth control" mandates that disadvantaged recipients, in particular, should have access to reproductive healthcare, knowledge, and supplies. The fourth and final stage is "responsible parenthood," in which couples decide the size of their ideal family. The government must also provide each parent with the necessary knowledge regarding all facets of family life, reproductive health, and responsible parenthood.

They are the ones with the majority of unwanted pregnancies and pregnancies that are tightly spaced. Their births frequently go neglected by competent medical personnel. This makes it obvious how important reproductive health law is. In other words, this law will reduce abortion rates, give rape victims a better chance to recover from their ordeal, and prevent unintended pregnancies, maternal deaths related to pregnancy and childbirth, infant mortality, and sexually transmitted diseases, especially among adolescents. It will also address the rising HIV/AIDS cases.

The first pillar is Informed Choice. The government promotes access to all these services and provides unbiased information. Additionally, it includes sexuality and reproductive health education in educational contexts such as schools. The second one is Respect for Life, which states that the life of the unborn baby is protected and abortion is illegal and can be punished by the law. Birth control is the third pillar; most beneficiaries, especially the poor, must have access to information and supplies. The last pillar is Responsible Parenthood; the government must give information on all aspects of family life, reproductive health, and responsible parenthood. The couple can also choose their preferred family size.

The Philippines is experiencing a problem due to its overpopulation. That's why the government created the Responsible Parenthood and Reproduction Health Act of 2022, also known as the "RH Law." This law has a lot of importance because it includes the study of sexuality education in schools. Adolescent sexuality education is required in public schools, while private schools have the option of adapting the Department of Education module. It is critical for students to learn about this topic or issue because it addresses gender-phase violence, such as rape and incest. In addition, this law can prevent unintended or unwanted pregnancies because the rate is high in the Philippines. This law aims to provide correct information about sexuality so that every Filipino has enough knowledge and education to decide for their own safety and health.

Problems such as sexually transmitted infections are also addressed by this law. Sex education is not often talked about because it is considered a taboo. This leads to people making poor and unwise decisions and having problems like an unwanted pregnancy. Having the RH Law will help spread awareness and educate us about all the things we need to know in order to avoid facing this kind of problem as well as other problems concerning our health. This will be a huge advantage because reproductive health has a big role in our social and economic development.

The Reproductive Health Law or the RH bill refers to the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted illnesses/diseases. The relevance of this law lies in the number of HIV cases among the young which nearly tripled from 41 in 2007 to 110 in 2008. This increase is, quite frankly, depressing since it could have easily been prevented through proper information and knowledge about safe sex. Thinking about the lives of those children is deeply saddening, which is why it is a must to be aware of the different precautions one must go through to ensure one's safe and healthy sexual life. First, one must ensure that they have taken a recent STI/STD test. They must also ensure that their sexual partner has taken one as well. Second, they must observe the proper use of contraceptives such as condoms and birth control pills. Lastly, one must learn to practice mutual monogamy. Engaging in sexual activities with multiple partners greatly increases the chance of contracting said diseases. These precautions, along with proper sex education given to younger ages, will ensure that the number of HIV and STI/STDs reaches a steady decline.

It is a ground-breaking law that ensures that everyone, particularly underprivileged groups, has access to practically all modern contraception at government health centers. The law also requires government schools to teach about reproductive health, and it acknowledges a woman's right to post-abortion care as a component of her right to reproductive healthcare.

The Republic Act of 10354, mostly known as RH Law, orders reproductive health education in schools and recognizes a woman’s right to post-abortion care as part of the right to reproductive health care. It includes Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health education. I think this law is very important because it helps a family build a better life, it supports parents on how to take care of their babies, it informs youth about a lot of things about reproductive health, and it also takes care of mental health aspects of reproductive health. It guides both men and women as early as possible to be responsible parents. It helps everyone to realize the importance of having a family as the basic unit of society. Strong and healthy families build a better and more successful nation.

1. Informed choice - this pillar educates about proper family planning and the choices available for it. I think it is important for a married couple to have the freedom in choosing what is the best way and method for them to use in family planning, All advantages and disadvantages should be discussed with them so they can choose wisely according to their situation.

2. Respect for Life - this pillar shows that abortion is illegal, punishable by law, and against the teaching of the church. It teaches parents to know the importance of life and the baby. Abortion is very bad as it stops the right of a child to live and in some instances, it causes the life of the mother too.

3. Birth Control - this pillar helps people to control having a child at a certain period of time or it promotes proper birth spacing so that parents can take care of their children better. It is a must that there should be enough available supplies that can cater to every family, especially the poor. Health care and proper information on birth control should be explained to every couple.

3. Responsible Parenthood - this pillar states that parents should determine their family size. Proper family size should be according to the ability of parents to address the basic needs of each child and give each a comfortable life.

Healthcare and Education are indeed basic rights for everyone. These 2 are seamlessly integrated and are complementary counterparts. The Reproductive health law mandates mass sex education in addition to the provision of contraceptives. Sex education informs and does not worsen the problem. In light of this, the RH law or the reproductive health law is essential to advancing women's rights to self-determination. It is the first step towards gender equality that ensures all people have control of their reproductive capacity, including having access to contraception and safe abortion because the achievement of gender equality depends on women having control and sovereignty over their own bodies. It is crucial that we remain inclusive especially in the healthcare and education sectors as we live in a world full of very different people. Education serves as a foundation for teaching young children to make small but wise decisions. As this serves as preparation for kids to make bigger and wiser decisions as adults or teenagers in the future. Talking about one’s sexuality or sex, in general, is considered a stigma and is deeply engraved in our society in ways we had no knowledge of. Throughout the world, a young girl’s period triggers various human rights violations towards these young girls, including child marriage, sexual assault, unintended teenage pregnancy, and countless others. This is often used to deem if a child is already a “woman,” hence, the statement “if she’s old enough to bleed, she’s old enough to breed.” It places unsolicited pressure on young girls to mature quickly and throw away their childhood just because of society’s outdated values and beliefs on these particular topics. “That time of the month,” “Code red,” and “Shark week” are just some of the code names people use to avoid the mortification of asking for an extra pad or tampon. We need to teach kids about menstruation, puberty, and sex instead of scaring them, when we do refuse to speak about these important topics in a plain sailing way, we perpetuate the notion that it isn't acceptable to openly discuss them without having to use veiled terminology. The youth have the right to know what to expect and do when getting their first period, exploring their bodies, and experiencing such, even if you can not control when this will eventually happen, the least we can do is to help them prepare, instead of scaring them.

Reproductive Health Law or Republic Act No. 10354 is very important as it protects women from discrimination and protects their equality in this world we live in. They proclaim their rights to have education, information, to choose, make decisions for themselves. This is important in my own opinion as many women are being discriminated nowadays, either men or fellow women, and it is only right that a law to protect them should be made as we should live in a world where everyone has rights and no discrimination.
