Today, I have learned how to write instructions more clearly, how we can differentiate the activities according to students’ levels. 

Icqs are my favourite part because I sometimes realize afterwards that some students couldn’t have gotten the instructions. From now on, I will try to use them much more. 

I would prefer using the combination of coursebooks and the authentic materials. It should have before, while and after parts. 
I have so many problems in my district related to teaching speaking. I work at a school with low grade students. They don’t want to join to speaking parts of lesson. The most common problem is that they have not rich vocabulary memory. So, they are not motivated to speak English. Actually, most of them aren’t eager to speak English because they can’t use this language in their daily life. They use it only in School. I think this reason is challenging for them

Paper slide was my favorite one because it can be easily done in our classes. I am planning to use it without recording. They can come in front of the class and show their papers and speak about them.

This is the first time I met flip app. It can be given as assignment to my students. Because they are not allowed to use mobile phones in our schools.

Yesterday was really enjoyable for me because I like doing reading individually. However, it was a bit hard for me to differentiate the exercises. That's what I cannot do in my classes because we have time issues. 

Jigsaw reading was my favorite part because it can solve some of our common problems. I think this part of lesson would be most useful and appropriate in my language classes. Because by using these activities, I can differentiate tasks. The skills that we focused on while studying grammar are also so important. 

In today’s vocabulary session, we focused on presenting vocabulary. We learned the stages of elicit, check, drill and write. According to me, the most important part; CCQs. I can adapt them to my lessons to check my students’ comprehension. If I simply the language for them, it can be so useful. As last one, the activity that we do by using authentic materials was great. I enjoyed so much. Because there is a lot of burden of lesson for us. The units in our ministry books are so filled. So, we’re hurrying up to catch acquisition. 

Yes, I think self assessment or peer assessment couldn’t solve our local problems. Because, most of them are low-level. So, they can not assess themselves or each other. 

I consider the greatest benefit of  being in a professional development community for teachers of English in my local area is the language practice. The teachers will communicate and cooperate. They can share their ideas with each other. I think the other most important one that this PDC meetings will contribute to their lessons.
