I say this because there are way more cons of the atomic bomb than there is of the pros.  Many people lives were hurt or ruined from the atomic bomb, many people suffered the loss of love ones and the loss of their town. The atomic bomb did end the war, but could we have warned Japan and waited for the word to spread around Japan so that there could of been a change. It also caused power control and the US put in a lot of money to build the bombs. My thoughts:
I think it was a good idea to drop the two bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki because it not only helped end the war with Japan surrendering, but it also prevented the death of many american soldiers and military supplies. Keep in mind we warned them that we were going to drop a bomb in Japan but they didn't believe us.
