[Opinion]
I chose this video because I wanted to hear her talk about racism as an Asian.
In the video, Canwen said she was discriminated against a lot in society.
So she shamefully demeaned her race to avoid discrimination, which worked.
Maybe I would have acted like that if I were in a similar situation to her.
Based on this experience, Canwen said that instead of making guidelines to solve the problem of racism, she should tell her story and let people accept her as she is.
After watching this video, I think the perception that racism is a bad thing in society should be rooted in order to solve the problem of racism.
Racism is not considered a bad behavior in a country where racism occurs.
Canwen also said that most people who do not discriminate are not interested in racism.
Therefore, racism will be reduced if the perception that racism is wrong behavior is rooted.

송진혁(Song JinHyuk): I have never been discriminated against. To get rid of racism, we need to get rid of prejudice and all come together.

윤솔(YunSol): I've never been discriminated against because I only lived in Korea. In the past, however, teachers, who are judges of the competition, took pictures of their teams with their students, favored them differently from other teams, and won the first prize. When I was subjected to this discrimination, I felt bad and unfair. I think the same is true of racism. To solve the problem of racism, we need to get out of race supremacy and understand that we are all global people and abandon stereotypes and prejudices about race.

김지은(Kim JiEun): No, I have never experienced racism, but I have seen a lot of experiences and news about racism. In order to solve these problems, I think we need to make people aware that we are the same person, not just the color of the skin.

What I think I did well this semester is that I tried to improve my English skills. To put it in more detail, first of all, I think I did a good job of asking questions without hesitation when I had questions during classes or activities. At first, I had a hard time asking questions to the professor, but I was able to ask simple questions. And as time went by, I was able to ask questions without difficulty. Thanks to this, I also gained confidence in English. Next, I think I did well to try to keep grammar as much as possible. As a result, I became to speak longer and more accurate English sentences during class activities as time went by. It was a good experience to improve my overall English skills during the semester.

During the semester, I was able to expand the scope of knowledge related to administration welfare through various activities in the class. And many activities remain in my memory.
First, I was able to access various administration welfare websites and find out about each institution of administration welfare. In particular, I was able to know specifically what KOICA works for and what business it is pursuing.
Also, it was impressive to go to outdoor public site and find solutions to the problems there. Because I was able to think about the solution to the problem myself through this activity.
The last impressive activity was listening to friends' thoughts on administration welfare through conversation. It's about watching the TED video and talking about it with the team members. I saw a video about racism. And I asked the team members about their experiences in racism. Through this, I could know what other friends thought about racism. And I was able to think about racism in various ways by sharing opinions with the team members on how to eliminate racism.
And through various other activities, I was able to develop not only knowledge of administration welfare but also communication and cooperative skills necessary for administration welfare major activities. In the meantime, I have studied theory-oriented through major books, but I was able to study administration welfare in more diverse ways during this semester.
In conclusion, I learned what administration welfare is, who it is for, and why it is necessary. In addition, the area of administration welfare that I think has expanded.
