If the EAST TOWER entrance is locked, an alternative 24-hour WEST TOWER entrance beside Canadian Tire is suggested. From there, directions lead past security, up the elevators, and across two bridges to reach the destination. Visitors are reminded to sign in at reception on their first day. This was a very helpful guide for me as I was getting lost the first week.
