First, the "Smartphone Detox Mission" is sharing average daily smartphone usage time and set an average daily smartphone usage time. After it, you only use your smartphone for that amount of time for a week. When you get back together, you share weather you have failed or succeeded in your mission, and you have time to reflect. If you succeed in that mission, you can get some gift like snack.

Second, the "Posture correction stretching" is stretching you body focusing on the upper body. We do Yoga usually, but once a week, we do some active games.

The expected effects is that students who join in this program are less dependent on smartphones and have a comfortable daily life with mental stability.

And their are two main activities. First is tea time. What is this activity? Tea time is an activity to clam your mind and reduce anxiety by drinking chamomile tea, a total of 15minutes. Why I choosr this activity? Drinking tea helps to calm your mind and bleow the stress away. So you can be less stressful. The second activity is lisening to music. What music? You can listen to any music you like! But! Don't listen to music that is too loud. Why did I choose it? It can change your bad move to good and positive mood. It is 15minutes, same as the first activity.

The expected effect is to relieve stress and anxiety and to think positively.

The thing you should birg? Not too much. You just have to carry headsets(or earphones are okay, too) and chamomile tea bag.

our target is middle school students that study more than 4 h outside school and academy’s our porpoise is to make students feel less sore and stressed and making them concentrate on their studies

In this program you will be active online, and you will do two things here, the first activity is stretch with your best!

in this activity you have to show others the poses you were not good at while online by succeeding it next time and if you succeed this activity you will get a snack! and if the poses get easy for you then you need to increase the difficulty of the pose and depending on the difficulty level, the snacks change to better ones , the second activity is share your tips!, in this activity you have to share your stretching tips. for example, how can I achieve posture success easily?, like that you will share and learn new tips while doing this activity, there are two expect effects from our activities the first expected effect is that the stiffness in the body will be removed, allowing us to focus on our studies. My program name is a well-being program for health and happiness. It is important to take care of your body and mind. These days, many office workers are tired and eat too much fast food. Don't you want to feel better and healthier? This is why l made this program.

The goal is to help workers feel happy and strong. My program is for all the people who work at the company. It is to help them reduce stress, eat better, and move more.

The first activity is stress management and mindfulness meditation. It takes one hour and helps to learn stress velief skills. The second activity is to make simple and healthy snacks. It takes about an hour and is easy to follow. It will be them to have healthy eating habits.

The program will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the lobby of Samsung Electronics.

A day out of academic stress

This program allows students with academic stress to heal their bodies and minds. I suggest the program because I want to help students study healthily.

The target of this program is middle school students who are struggling with academic stress.

The purpose is for students to study healthily.

The main activities are doing neck and waist stretching. I can help relieve neck and waist pain caused by studying. The second is meditating with quite songs on. You can organize your unstable mind while meditating. The third is making a concern note. You can organize your thoughts by writing down your concerns and concerns today in your notebook and you can be emotionally comfortable by organizing your feelings while writing about your feelings from the worries in your notebook.

It lasts for one hour. It takes place at the Youth Culture Center from 5 to 6.

The second activity is "Now, The Tension UP". This activity is when students who hear that they are dull, lazy, and who don't seem to exercise well come and exercise with their friends or exercise alone.

With this activity, you can build a good relationship with your frends and gain physical health.

What the USA in Korea clothing cultures have in common is the pursuit of diverse styles, the emphasis on practicality and comfort and the use of clothing as a tool to express individuality however there are also two differences in the clothing culture of USA in Korea 1 while US VALUES PRACTICALITY and  INDIVIDUALITY, Korea differs in it’s EMPHE a sis on neatness brand preference and a strong couple look culture 2 while the us values comfortable silhouettes and functionality Korea teams to fallow brand logos and design trends as I search for US and Korean clothing culture I learned that the identity of the people of that country comes from the clothes they were so instead of pointing out what people wear, I think we should respect it because it reveals the identity of the other person

There are many traditional clothes in the world, and l will compare hanbok and kimono. They are traditional clothes about Korea and Japan.

One clear similarity is that both countries wear these clothes on traditional holidays. In Korea, people wear hanbok on a Korean New Year. Likewise in Japan, people often wear kimono in Japanese New Year.

However, there are also differences between two cultures.

First, the kimono is connected to top and bottom but hanbok isn’t connected.

Second, hanbok looks soft and rounded, flowing silhouette but kimono looks more structured and formal than hanbok

When I compared these two cultures. I know everything looks different, but there is something in common. So why don’t you respect other cultures?

Both Korea and the U.S, they kept their traditions but also made them modern, in a way that fits their nature and way of life. And they respect traditional building design.

Building Korean houses use woods and roof tiles.

And Korean houses are made to fit well with nature, and it shows old traditions and culture.

But, American houses use a large piece of land.

Also, it uses bricks, glass and rebar.

Houses look Big mansion.

So, American houses are bigger than Korean houses.

These things are because the two countries have different nature and ways of living.

Building Design shows the nature, culture and way of life of a country.

In this way, when we accept other cultures, we should respect, understand and value them.

Culture is a way to understand each other!

I wanted to know how it is different from Korean culture.

Both countries have beautiful traditions and strong national pride.

Koreans and Germans both like celebrating festivals.

In Korea, people enjoy Chuseok, and in Germany, people enjoy Oktoberfest.

During these festivals, people look happy and the food smells delicious.

In Korea, people usually eat together, but in Germany, some enjoy eating alone.

For Germans, eating is also a time to relax and think.

German food is less spicy than Korean food, and it tastes softer when I try it.

Also, Koreans like sharing many dishes, while Germans eat one big plate for themselves.

These differences show unique ways of enjoying meals in each country.

Learning other cultures helps us understand each other better.

When we respect different ways of life, the world becomes warmer and kinder.

One thing the two countries have in common is that both countries wore dresses in the past. In Korea, people used to wear clothes called Hanbok. Likewise, in France, people used to wear clothes called Robe.

However, there are also differences between the two cultures. First, the elements of traditional costumes are different. In Korea, Hanbok consists of a jeogori and a skirt. In France, people used corsets. Second, the colors were different. Korean Hanbok often used bright colors, and it looks more colorful than French dresses. French dresses were usually more simple and had fewer colors.

I feel wearing Hanbok is like showing Korean tradition, while wearing French clothes is like showing elegance. When I see these clothes, I think learning about clothing cultures is more interesting than just reading history books.

In my opinion, both Korean and French clothing are beautiful in their own way. My message is that even if cultures are different, we can respect and learn from each other.
