I believe that my strengths are discipline, dedication,  respectful and patience. If I were to put in a situation or based on my previous experiences, I am very discipline and full of dedication. If I were assigned to a task, I would do it 
wholeheartedly and sincere. Also, my attitude towards other people is I am vey respectful and patience in whatever challenges that I'd face. 

2) Individual Core Value
As for my individual core values, I think that reliability is one of them.
I believe that anyone who has worked with me before can rely on me in managing or finishing a task. Also, I have my days with positivity but being positive is something I'd do whenever I'm feeling down or facing difficulties and it makes me a better person and to be grateful more.

3) Why should you invest in me
I believe with both my strengths and my individual core values, I would make a very good team member/employee. Besides that, I am a person who willing to learn more in order to be a much more skillful person.

Also, I think I have leadership skill that can improve from time to time. In my opinion, it is not necessary to be a leader to make people listen to you. But you can be a person with good interpersonal skill that would make people listen to you.

Why should company consider me and not my team? Because sometimes i dont even know whats the strenght in myself. So sometimes getting hard time to answer to interviewer about my core value compare to others. 

What i know so far is i like to learn new thing, no matter what field that im in. Even it is hard, but i always give myself a try to see how i can handle it. For ex before this i've been working in diff field, not same with my background. 

The core value in myself that i can see so far is honesty and punctual. This 2 thing been thought by my father even since i was kid. No matter in whatever situation, honesty is the most important, coz once people stop trust you, things further not gonna be good. For punctual also, he said never make people wait for you especially the one who put hope on you.

I might cannot settle down everything in a time, but I’m good at doing multiple jobs one by one based on the priority. 2. For my individual core value, I believe that I got the entrepreneurship in me. I already got my own business in which I focusing more on online business since everything now is shifting to digitalization. My market is already penetrating internationally.
