When I was looking for actors to base Kyoya on I was looking for a guy I that could reflect his personality so the viewer can see  what kind of person Kyoya is, a kind of person that people would be surprised to discover his autism, as he appears to be quite sly with the people around him and cold towards those he isn't fond of such as his old childhood Akito before they had rebuilt their friendship.

 Although when people get too personal he turns hot tempered and in most cases aggressive but when he is with Haruka, who just happens to look like his late elder sister Haruhi, the softer and more caring side of him comes through. Since he had caught the Tanuki beating her up he swore to protect her so she doesn't meet a similar kind of fate.

For Akito, being the polar opposite of Kyoya, I was looking for guys that still kind of had a baby face and/or puppy eyes, like Vic, Jason and Vincent. A kind of guy that looks soft as a marshmallow, happy go lucky goofball which is what Akito is like. When I began searching the web for actors to play Haruka the kind of girls I was looking for was, like Akito a baby face with puppy eyes as she is just in her preteens at the time of the series but when I came across Stephanie I thought I've found my Haruka. I might chose this song because the plot in this volume of the manga is where Akito develops feelings for Haruka but she doesn't return these feelings as she's more attracted to Kyoya.

 He soon decides to quit Project Sakura as he starts to dislikes the way Kyoya tries to change her just to fit in with the 'cool kids,' when he loves her just the way she is.
 He finds it hard to understand why she couldn't see that he was the one who came to understand her and had been there for her all along.

This song which is from their fourth single was their breakout hit as it was chosen out of thousands of other J- Pop songs to be the ending theme of teenage drama Tumbling in 2010. I think that was because it was about hope and having faith in yourself when things go terribly wrong. 

I like this song as it makes me feel hope and I can relate to the lyrics, especially the opening verse.

This is the song that first inspired me to start the Project Sakura series, like Tsunaida Te, don't be fooled by the upbeat music and catchy tone in the singing, as it tells the story of two boys who are close friends but when they get separated one is unable to rescue the other so ends up losing him. One thing I've noticed when looking at my own shojo manga collection was that pink is the most common colour on the covers of this kind of manga. I suppose this is because pink is considered a girl's colour so would be believed to more likely attract girls than boys.
