                    Réflexion sur la paix

Je pense que les gens doivent comprendre et avoir la paix dans la vie.De nos jours,la plupart des gens sont nerveux et agressifs avec les autres. Devrait-il l'être? Je veux être entourée par des gens bons et calmes.Des gens,qui s’aident l’un l’áutre et qu’il y ait de la comprehension parmi eux. Pour moi la paix est quelque chose de pieux. Pour qu’il n’y ait pas de guerres il faut avoir de paix. La paix est tranquillité. Il faut être en paix avec soi-même. Nous sommes créés pour vivre une belle vie remplie de moments merveilleux.S’il n’y a pas de paix,mais seulement des pensées négatives et conflits,nous  compliquerons nos vies. Certaines personnes doivent apprendre à comprendre  les peines d’autrui. De cette façon la vie sera meilleure.

À mon avis, la paix doit être partout autour de nous et en nous!

 

        Peace? Is it good or bad?

            Peace can exist in different forms. For example, you can have world peace, spiritual peace and many others. World peace gives the freedom to do travel around the world, meet different cultures and people. You can learn everything you want. Spiritual peace is when everything is as you wish. Furthermore, it is when you can get lost in the lyrics of your favorite song or in the pages of your favourite book. You are free to write articles and to post them on the web.

      I have never thought about peace and what it means to me, but now I am certain that it can only be a good thing.

Peace has always been romanticized. People think that peace is good, beautiful and necessary for a good life. In my opinion, peace is unnatural. Humans are born with the need to fight for what they want – territory, money, power. Our world needs war. It may be ugly, it may be painful but it is necessary and natural for war to exist. Nature’s hierarchy can only be kept by war, war between animals, humans and plants. If there is peace, then that means something in nature is dysfunctional.

“Peace” is something impossible. It’s something that people never have because they always disagree. We can never be pleased with what you have. We all want it but can never get it. 

“Peace” is a state of mind. You don’t have to persuade yourself to do something to get it. It is just somewhere in your heart, brain and mind. Be kind and always look at the positive side of life.

      What’s the first thing that pops up in your mind when you think about peace? For some people it’s the world peace, for others is the peace sign and hippy people but personally for me it’s the simple things, like listening to music or reading a nice book. Those little things I call peace because they make me feel calm, relaxed and in harmony.

     Everyone has a different meaning of peace. For some music, for others books, for third drawing but we all agree that the thing that we call peace is our safe place where we can escape from all troubles and forget about everything. So, in other words peace is our peaceful, safe place.

Peace means freedom, calmness - the ability to be caring and understanding. People see the world from different angle – love and accept everything and everyone in the way it is. Not discriminate others by their race, sex or religion. To treat each other as you wish to be treated. To live your life without fear. Peace is the love of all people together as one.

Firstly peace has to be in us. On the other hand, if the person is not calm he can start arguing with another person and that destroys the peace between them. If there is no peace between the people’s relationships they can get hurt emotionally or physically. 

Overall, calmness comes from your family and the safety they give you, friends and pets – they are used like a stress reliever. It depends on a human’s development and positivity. He cannot be either of them if he is not in peace. In the worst cases you cannot concentrate or even sleep at night. That effects also on your family or closer friends, but the good thing is that they always try to help you. Everybody’s peace depends on their way of thinking – if you look at something on its bad side you are not going to be peaceful. Try to look at its good side because you do not know what is going to happen at the end.

When we hear the word ‘peace’, we all think of a world without wars, without fear of violence, without problems. A world where everyone is united and helps each other. But for me the word ‘peace’ can also mean harmony and calmness of the soul. For example, in a small closed world of all of us where war may also arise and conflicts, too.

Peace is when every family member is happy, when there is no quarrel, when they understand each other well and when there is love.

What does peace mean to me? I think it is at least three things – safety, freedom and assurance. Peace is harmony and order in our community, the sun that shines every day. It is the happiest memories and nice words we say to each other. Peace is the warm hug of a loved one. Peace is where we feel loved, safe and every emotion that makes us feel good.

            Peace - a simple word, filled with many different meanings. 

             Peace is a home where there is laughter, cuddling, and just feeling good about all that is around. Peace is when you get lost in the lyrics of a song. Peace can be the quiet scene after a major blizzard. Outside looks so crisp, clear, and pure. Peace is a conversation that makes you think. It is a quiet night with just walking deep in thought and comfort, holding hands, and knowing there is someone for you and only you to love.

             Peace cannot be kept by force. It can only be achieved by understanding. Those who are at war with others are not in peace with themselves.

I believe that ‘peace’ has different meanings for any of us. For example, someone can think of a place, and other can think of a person. It is so simple to me. Being well and safe around my family is where I can find peace. I actually think that the words ‘happiness’ and ‘peace’ are complementary. The reason is that when we hear this world, all of us imagine something that makes us really happy.

In order to exist as species, we need peace. It's not only a state of existence, it's a matter of preservation. So what does peace mean to me? A lot of the times, peace means that you have to make compromises. You have to be selfless for the sake of the common good. But the same thing expect not only from you, but also from other people. Peace needs to be protected and respected. Peace is the way to find solution without making damage or harm on the other side. Sometimes to bring peace you have to go further than yourself and have the ability for an objective viewpoint. Selfish man cannot bring peace. The fear of losing something does not allowed it. Making peace is the way harder than making war.

Peace is one of the most important things in the world. Without it our life together will be impossible. The quality to be capable to save the peace is a combination of tolerance and respect. We have to support each other and behave well with everyone, because in spite of our differences, we are all the same – HUMANS. And our planet is ONE. For me, peace hides in the small gestures – a big smile, a good word, giving a hand… It’s an understanding, harmony, calmness. For being peaceful with the others, we have to be peaceful with ourselves first.

La paix c`est être capable de transmettre cette paix intérieure aux gens qui nous entourent, que ce soient nos amis, notre famille ou nos collègues de travail.C’est ainsi que la paix intérieure peut aisément être transformée en paix sociale.La paix signifie que nous pouvons décider  de notre mode de vie.La paix, c’est le droit à la vie…à la vie digne. Ce n’est pas  la survie, non! C’est  mener une vie digne  et avoir  accès à tous les droits humains.La paix c’est losrqu’on a un endroit pour s’exprimer  librement. Ça commence avec la démocratie et le droit.

 Je souhaite que la paix intérieure que nous propageons aide le monde entier. Je rêve d’un meilleur monde, d’une meilleure éducation,d’un meilleure futur.
