         <description><![CDATA[<ol start="6"><li><p>The Circadian rhythm influences our overall health and daily sleep by the Circadian rhythm controlling our sleep wake cycle telling our body when to feel tired and when to feel awake which in turn controls our mental state to make us feel better or worse.</p></li><li><p>Technology impacts our sleep by the screens releasing a special light which is called "blue light" and it makes it harder for our body to fall asleep. Some ways we can negate these effects are by 1 hour before bed get off all screens to detox from the blue light and relax read a book or have in person talk with family, friends, or neighbors.</p></li><li><p>Sleep hygiene is your sleep habits and the sleep quality. Its concept can be applied to improve sleep quality and overall wellbeing by giving you better quality sleep to make you feel better during the day.</p></li><li><p>Understanding and prioritizing sleep affects academic performance and mental health by making your sleep better and easier. If you prioritize sleep you will feel better mentally and you wont fall asleep during lessons at school making it easier for you to pay attention.</p></li></ol>]]></description>
