Conditions: The general economic conditions that can affect borrower’s ability to repay a loan.

I found this to be very useful because it provides 5 topics that can help you attain credit, as well as, allows the reader to communicate the advice in an easy to understand manner.

It goes through a step-by-step basis which helps the reader understand the next step. I found the list of ideas of ways to get a new credit card after having bad credit to be very useful if needed. Also, having it explain some of the tricks companies pull to increase rates to be helpful.

But, are really not the greatest idea in the long run. For example, some of the credit cards give lower rates than unsecured credit cards and some have no security deposit required.
I found this incredibly interesting as it shines light on the negative side of secured credit cards as I know little on the subject. Also, I enjoy how it shows how to work around using a secured credit card. For instance, it explains that once the person with the secured credit card builds up their credit again they should switch back to an unsecured credit card.
