ACT 3: Tell me about a time you were under a lot of pressure. What was going on, and how did you get through it?

It was last year when I experienced the most pressuring situation I have because I have school works to do and have personal problems going on. My mental health wasn't that great too.

At the time, my mind is still rationally thinking so I coped with the stress easily. I've rationally decided just to focus my energy and attention to finishing my school requirements and I did it without problem.

The second time where I felt most frustrated was just recently. I'm having a hard time juggling my jobs and school - especially thesis. It's completely wrecking my mental health at this point but I'm managing it fairly.

I sleep some of my problems and sadness away and try to prioritize the things that I think should be done first. I try to keep my feelings at bay either. And even though I feel really stressed and overwhelmed, I try not to vent out either.

ACT 3: Tell me about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities.

In relation to the first question, I can say that I'm fairly "okay" with managing my priorities. Though I don't really like making long lists and plans - as I'm the type of person who will just go with the flow.

I only take mental notes of my things, but sometimes if they're too many I'd keep a to-do list with me. From there I can just write the things that I need to finish and arranged them based on their deadlines. I have to admit that my enemy is distractions though.

ACT 4: 1. How did you feel during the duration of the whole interview?

To be honest, I felt a bit nervous because I wasn't exactly prepared. I didn't come up with success stories or anything like that before the interview. I only have my experiences to back me up and I've used them on the spot.

I have no problem in answering the questions because I have something to say, though I do struggle with expressing them because I'm not that fluent in speaking English.

ACT 4: 2. Did it change from the beginning to the end?

I guess so? Entering the interview and starting your pitch is quite intimidating. Though, I do think that my nervousness lessened a bit as the questions went on. I was aware that it was still some type of conversation and I that's something that comforts me as I tell my thoughts. I guess the thing that makes me nervous is that I know that I was being judged. Though, I became fairly relaxed once it was over.

ACT 4: 3. What is your significant learning and realization during and after the interview?

I think that I can somehow managed to get through the process of interview. To be honest, ever since I was given the feedback that I should be more confident and avoid using 'po' and 'opo' somehow boosted my morale. But then again, it's still a mock interview - very far from an actual interview. But I will cherish the learning experience and will come back to it from time to time once I started to look for jobs.

ACT 4: 4. What were the suggestions given to you? Do you agree with them? How are you going to adjust to them?

Mostly the suggestions to me were the same: try to be concise - learn how to conclude your sentences properly, maintain eye-contact, and there's also helpful comments about my presentation for my CV and portfolio. I have no qualms about then, to be honest. I agree with them. I guess that for now, I could arrange my CV and portfolio to be better. I'm not sure how I will practice my bearing though.
