“Many of the lessons developed in this stage come out of examining the implications of the decision. Insight can be obtained by looking at the impact the decision had on you, your future, and others” (iBook 10). My second decisions outcomes were all pretty positive, but the outcome of my first decision was not as great. I got i bad grade because of my decision and probably should have used my idea.

“It can also be valuable for decision makers to step back and examine or appraise the process by which a decision was made” (iBook 11). By examining the process in which my decision was made I have now been able to see what went wrong and what I should change next time.

“it is important to learn from those mistakes so they won't happen again” (iBook 11). Now that I have looked back and learned from my mistakes I realize that my first decision was incorrect because my grade was affected negatively by it, but my second decision was right because my arm healed and I wrestled the next season.
