ATB is an established company for more 30 years in parking meter industry and hold 90% market shares in Europe (especially Germany) and United Arab Emirates (UAE) for sale of parking meter international distribution network, they have an experience and knowledge about the industry. Apart from that, ATB need to invest in research and development – (focus on innovation) and change business modal to maintains a competitive advantage over rivals and explore new target market (average cities) and develop mobile parking systems that unique and easily use by user. ATB also need to invest in marketing to promote mobile parking and create awareness and campaign among people in average cities about mobile parking.
