         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are two types of ham. There is City ham and country ham. Country ham comes un-cut and un-cooked. City ham comes cooked and pre-cut. Once you have bought your chosen ham you have to pre season it. You can chose your own spices that you prefer. An alternative that is more popular is glazing the ham with glazes. You can either pre-glaze before cooking or after that. Cooking times are on the left.</div>]]></description>
