The home button of the phone is one of the most important things of a phone, it allows the user to switch to apps and go to the home screen. Starting over is one of the most important things a person can do in his/her life. The home button represents that, being able to switch to a new app with the press of a button, obviously in real life it isn't that easy but they both start something new. There are many times in life where you find that the environment (school, friends, family, location) around you is toxic and is hurting you, starting over can help you get away the environment. Being able to start over is resilient as it isn't easy moving away from an environment you are used to.

Social media is used for many things, to connect with people, to express your feelings, and to put yourself out on a spotlight. Though being excessively bold can be seen as narcissistic, there are many advantages of being bold. Being bold gives you a voice, and makes you more compelling person for people to listen to. It builds your confidence, which will be important for the rest of your life. Just like social media, being bold can be exciting, from starting a new trend on social media to making an invention that no one had ever thought about. Being bold can help you be resilient throughout your whole life.

The ability to call/text is one of the biggest parts of a phone. Calling/texting allows you to connect with other people and build relationships. Though it is important to be independent, throughout your life there are going to be hundreds if not thousands of times where you are going to need to rely on someone. Such as asking for help or trusting someone with a secret. Some people may be scared of being able to rely on someone or ask for help because it makes them feel insignificant or not worth equal but in reality relying on someone can help you grow as a person. The ability to call/text on a phone represents this as calling and texting allows everyone to stay connected and being connected allows you to rely on people. Being able to rely on people can help you in life and help you stay resilient.

The volume button on a phone is to make sure that the noise that you are hearing is sufficient enough for you to hear but is not too loud to damage your ears. Essentially making you comfortable with the noise that you are hearing. Being comfortable in your life is important, as you can think more clearly. When you allow yourself to be comfortable your day can be so much better. Throughout your life there are going to be ups and downs, so it makes sense to make the most of the ups so you are ready when you go through a down, such as a vacation before boarding school.

Looking through life through different "lenses" is a great way to become more open minded. Being open minded throughout life will help you stay resilient and content. Being open minded means to be receptive to a wide variety of ideas without bias. Cameras/Filters represent this as with filters you are looking at the same picture but with a different preset, or lens. Throughout life being open minded can help you in multiple different aspects such as making relationships or finding jobs.
