Vietnam
Singapore
As well as perhaps some less familiar names such as:
Loas
Burma
Brunei
Timor-Leste

By definition, a Monsoon is "a large seasonal shift in the wind direction and amount of rainfall over an extended area"1.
Monsoons can cause flooding of areas and a lot of precipitation.

This excessive rainfall can create a beautiful environment, and supply many plants with hydration.

This is because the heat causes water to evaporate. The warm weather has water fall down in its liquid form, and precipitation falls.

Primarily, it is the summertime that is the wet season, because the warm temperature above the land draws the winds and water towards it. The reason it draws wind and water towards it is because the heating of land causes an expansion of air above it, creating a lower pressure above land, than the cooler and higher temperature and pressure above water.
Wind moves to the lower pressure area, and brings the precipitation with it.
