• Symbol of Sacrifice

Going for Umrah or Hajj is a worldly sacrifice for Allah.

∆ Reflects the story of Prophet Ibrahim A.S. who was commanded to sacrifice his own son — the ultimate act of obedience.

• Sign of Taqwa (God-Consciousness)

Hajj and Umrah teach us to fear and obey Allah, and to avoid His prohibitions.

∆ Example: During Ihram, we avoid certain clothing and habits — this trains self-discipline and reflection.

€ Reminder:

Hajj and Umrah are not just for the elderly. We do not know our time of death, so we should strive to fulfill this act of worship as soon as we are able.
