<title>1st Thing I would do is to set my self up with a high GPA that will allow me to get scholarships to help pay for college tuition </title>

<title>The cost of tuition here at Eastern is about 12,000 dollars. I would divide that up into 4 part so about 3,000. I would get a job that fits my schedule that has a good starting rate and work as much as I can. To avoid school conflicts I would set a day that I get all my work done for the week if possible so I can focus on the job outside of school after academics is taken care of. </title>

<title>2nd I would then save my money and buy necessities over wants and just keep flooding money into a savings account. This means that there will be hardly any time to have as much fun as you like but paying off tuition is a better feeling than most realize. </title>

<title>We need to be taught about credit more and how it works and why its so important. Credit is when lets say a bank gives you money but you have to pay this money back. If you pay the money back repeatedly then this builds your credit score pretty high. If you don&#39;t pay this money back then it will lead to a bad credit score. </title>

<title>What I would do it set up a bank account and apply for credit, If I get approved I would ask for 100 dollars. With this 100 dollars I would use this as my gas card to fill up my car. At the end of the month I would pay the bank 100 dollars back to cover the cost of the money loan. </title>

<title>Credit is important be because later in life it will allow you to get good loans if needed with a high credit score. It will allow you to have a high credit check and that effects the house you can buy, the car you decide to get, and also help you not get into debt as well. </title>

<title>3rd I would keep a consistent pay plan each month/year that will get me closer to paying off tuition. For example If paying 500 a month was going to get me closer then I would pay that amount every month to stay on track </title>

<title>My first tool I use is a google sheet. This allows me to put all my payments on file and allows me to see how much money I have left over to spend. I usually but 200 into my retirement fund as well. Another strategy that I do is put my extra cash that I get and put that into a envelope and tell my roommate to put it somewhere were I don&#39;t touch it nor spend. I usually forget about this until I put more money back into it. The third one I do sometimes is transfer a certain amount from my checking&#39;s to savings so I only spend what I have too. </title>

<title>For savings I keep it simple. I like to take an extra 200 out of my check each month and put it either into a savings account or my retirement fund. I&#39;ve been doing this since I got to college and it has helped me tremendously. Another tool I use is a stock app called Acorns, this allows me to put money into different dividend investments and also retirement fund. Last saving method I do is to spend what I need and out away what I don&#39;t. Personally I don&#39;t buy much out of my budget so its great because it allows me to save a lot of money over the year. I use these methods because they all have their own ways that allow me to save and that will set me up with a good future. Being able to come out of college with tuition paid for and money saves up will help you start your real world very well. Below is a website by Bank Of America with 8 simple ways to save money </title>
