         <description><![CDATA[<div>Carbohydrates are the bodies primary source of fuel. Simple and complex carbs are digested by the body into glucose to allow respiration in cells to occur. Glucose is either used by cells immediately or stored in the liver and muscles as glycogen until the body requires a top up of energy. In which case, stored glycogen is transformed back into glucose for the body.&nbsp;Majority of cells, particularly the brain and the CNS, rely solely on carbohydrates as an energy source. </div>]]></description>
