wina: every EAS members seem enjoy the activities that is planned for them. it can be shown by their overall face expression at the end of the day. everybody took part in the game and try their best to ensure their group got points.
and they also discuss with each other on how to complete the games given to them

Angie : Very short notice given to us to organize the activities, we have to design and made the T-shirt, purchase of prize for game and think of the games.
Because we need time to look for better vendor to provide refreshment and for the T-shirt.

Afidah : EAS members had a good and team bonding session as feedback to us which met the objective of the event. But I feel we are lacking in refreshment (HPB constraint and budget) and suitable games that which will provide more challenges to the EAS. We should consider other activities for future EAS Learning Day which will provide knowledge know-hows and hands-on solution programme which is relevant to the EAS work scope.

wina: communication among the organiser is important in order to ensure the programme run smoothly. clear instruction to the audience will make them excited to be part of the activities. i also notice that it is important to choose the right word for the games. (the question about how many door). if not somehow the rest will question us back. but in a way, it is good feedback for us too. so that in future, can take note of such things.

My (Angie) learning points are :-
1) Patience:- During the activities there are a lot of vocals in the floor.. I have learn to be patience and listen to them.
2) Challenges:- I have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process when planning the games for the day.
3) Decision Making:- During the activities have to make some changes....bring forward the games to finish all before lunch and change one of the game due to too short in order to extend the time.

Afidah :
1. Miscalculation of the timing of games.
2. Appropriate eating venue for the paticipants to have breakfast or lunch which is conducive for EAS bonding.
3. Goodie Bag for each EAS member. However, we are lucky during this event that all EAS member had received gift.

wina:
-maybe can plan abit earlier for the preparation of the activities. as i notice somehow abit rushing as there is also other admin work related teachers day gifts to help to pack or need to buy etc.

Angie :
1) More funds to organize the activities.
2) Half day programme is just right.

Afidah
a. Prefer outside activities such as Learning Journey to places that are relevant to EAS members for future events
b. The event preparation clashed with other school events preparation which had been taxing for the members.
