         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>1. Everybody react's differently to losing someone. For some it may be really rough ,and for others they will get over it in a week.&nbsp;<br>2. Denying the death is a very easy way to isolate yourself ,but this will frustrate the person.<br>3. Talking with somebody about someones death is a good way to understand what had happened ,and remember the times you had.<br>4. After someones death do not stop any or all interactions. It is healthy to eat well ,exercise, and get plenty of rest.&nbsp;<br>5. After the loss of a loved one ,take care of your family and make sure everybody is alright ,and functioning well.&nbsp;<br>6. Moving on ,and accepting your feelings is a very good way to forget about the loss.&nbsp;<br>7. Once and a while ,celebrate the person that you have lost. This is a good way to remember that person in a good way.&nbsp;<br>8. Helping others with their loss is also a very good way to cope&nbsp; with the loss of your loved one.          <description><![CDATA[<div>In an interview called "</div><h1>ON LOSING A SEVENTEEN YEAR OLD DAUGHTER – GRIEVING THE DEATH OF A CHILD" ,a mother explains the loss of her daughter.&nbsp; She explains that she fell into a "vacuum" ,and did not talk to anybody. She had went into Therapy ,but she explain's this would not help her either. She explains , "It is good to know that you’re not alone, that there are people out there you can talk to.
