How to solve it:
first 13 out 20 is same as 15/20 then we need to convert it to decimal by:

searching the 20 times X = 5
and then we multiply all of the amounts by 5. so 20 X 5 = 100 and 13 X 5 is 65 and there you get it 65/100
but before finishing of we need to turn it into percentage which can easily done because % means /100 so we can have 65/100 as the final answer.
