On a Fall day five young men went to River Point Hunting Grounds, and those men were Henry Carlisle, Sheperd Moore, Logan McCullar, John Michael, and Grant Perkins. While they were hunting they were under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Which led to Negligent Homicide, the victim, Grant Perkins. Thinking he was a buck, one of the boys shot him with a Remington 700 XCR II Rifle. When the police first investigated, Grant’s body was twisted and pouring out blood. He literally got knocked out of his boots. They were still upright several feet away. Before the police got there the boys were trying to find out the perpetrator.  At the moment  Belle Terre Police and Detectives are investigating who shot Grant Perkins. They have little evidence to show who killed Grant.
