         <description><![CDATA[<p><b>- History:</b> It is the most populous U.S. state.Migration to California accelerated during the early 20th century with the completion of major transcontinental highways like the Lincoln Highway and Route 66.
</p><p><b>- Geography:</b> California is the 3rd largest state in the United States in area, after Alaska and Texas.In the middle of the state lies the California Central Valley, bounded by the coastal mountain rangesin the west, the Sierra Nevada to the east, the Cascade Range in the north and the Tehachapi  Mountains in the south. The Central Valley is California's agricultural heartland.Divided in two by the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta, the northern portion, the Sacramento Valley serves as the watershed of the Sacramento River, while the southern portion, the San Joaquin Valley is the watershed for the San Joaquin River.
<br><b>- Natural Wildlife:</b> California boasts several superlatives in its collection of flora: the largest trees, the tallest  trees, and the oldest trees. California's native grasses are perennial plants.After European contact, these were generally replaced by invasive species of European annual grasses; and, in modern times, California's hills turn a characteristic golden-brown in summer. California has the greatest diversity of climate and terrain, the state has six life zones which are the lower Sonoran (desert); upper Sonoran (foothill regions and some coastal lands), transition (coastal areas and moist northeastern counties); and the Canadian, Hudsonian, and Arctic Zones, comprising the state's highest elevations.</p><p><b>- Important Cities: </b></p>Central Valley

</b>Located in the White Mountains in eastern California are the oldest trees in the world. Its location in such a large and inhospitable place is not accidental; indeed, other ancient trees are in the same area.<div><br><b>MORE HOT DESERT THE UNITED STATES</b><div>The Death Valley National Park is just 330 miles northeast of Los Angeles. It is one of the driest places on Earth<span style="font-size: 13px;">.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 13px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 13px;"><b>THE GREAT EARTHQUAKE</b></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 13px;">The great San Francisco earthquake of 1906 was a powerful earthquake measuring 7.8 degrees on the Richter scale. The San Andreas fault is the whip that caused this earthquake was felt hundreds of kilometers.          <description><![CDATA[<p><b>- History:</b> </p><p>Nevada was annexed as a part of the Spanish Empire in the northwestern territory of New Spain. Administratively, the area of Nevada was part of the Commandancy General of the Provincias Internas in the Viceroyalty of New Spain. Nevada became a part of Alta California (Upper California) province in 1804 when the Californias were split. The discovery of the first major U.S. deposit of silver ore in Comstock Lode under Virginia City, Nevada in 1859.</p><p>
<b>- Geography:</b> 
Nevada is almost entirely within the Basin and Range Province, and is broken up by many north-south mountain ranges. Most of these ranges have endorheic valleys between them, which belies the image portrayed by the term Great Basin.
Much of the northern part of the state is within the Great Basin, a mild desert that experiences hot temperatures in the summer and cold temperatures in the winter.  The Humboldt River crosses the state from east to west across the northern part of the state, draining into the Humboldt Sink nearLovelock.</p><p>
<b>- Natural Wildlife:</b></p><p> Nevada is the driest state in the United States.It is made up of mostly desert and semiarid climate regions, daytime summer temperatures sometimes may rise as high as 125 °F (52 °C) and nighttime winter temperatures may reach as low as −50 °F (−46 °C). While winters in northern Nevada are long and fairly cold, the winter season in the southern part of the state tends to be of short duration and mild. Most parts of Nevada receive scarce precipitation during the year. Most rain that falls in the state falls on the lee side (east and northeast slopes) of the Sierra Nevada.
The vegetation of Nevada is diverse and differs by state area. Nevada contains six biotic zones.</p><p>

<b>- Remarkable aspects:</b></p><h2><b>Atomic Energy Commission: designation area 51</b></h2>Area 51 is a land area in Nevada, United States, owned by the US government. It is very popular by the fact that there, for years, been developing test experiments with secret technologies and new military aircraft.

It is commonly known as Area 51, although his name is Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) designation: Area 51 (Atomic Energy Commission under the designation area 51). <div><br><div><b>- Fact files:</b></div></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>-<b> History:</b>  The region that is today the state of Colorado has been inhabited by Native Americans for more than 13,000 years. The Lindenmeier Sitein Larimer County contains artifacts dating from approximately 11200 BC to 3000 BC. The eastern edge of the Rocky Mountains was a major migration route that was important to the spread of early peoples throughout the Americas.</p><p>
<b>- Geography:</b> Colorado is notable for it's diverse geography, ranging from alpine mountains, arid plains and deserts with huge sand dunes, deep canyons, sandstone and granite rock formations, rivers, lakes, and lush forests.</p><p>
<b>- Natural widlife:</b> The climate of Colorado is more complex than states outside of the Mountain States region. Unlike most other states, southern Colorado is not always warmer than northern Colorado. Most of Colorado is made up of mountains, foothills, high plains, and desert lands.          <description><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 13px;"><b>-History</b>: Henry Hudson's 1609 voyage marked the beginning of European involvement with the area. Sailing for the Dutch East India Company and looking for a passage to Asia, he entered the Upper New York Bay on September 11 of that year. </span><br></p><p>New York endorsed the Declaration of Independence on July 9, 1776.[27] The New York State constitution was framed by a convention which assembled at White Plains on July 10, 1776.</p><p>
<b>-Geography:</b> New York covers 54,555 square miles (141,300 km2) and ranks as the 27th largest state by size. The Great Appalachian Valley dominates eastern New York and contains the Lake Champlain Valley as its northern half and the Hudson Valley as its southern half within the state.</p><p>
<b>-Natural widlife:</b> In general, New York has a humid continental climate The winters are long and cold in the Plateau Divisions of the state. In the majority of winter seasons, a temperature of −13 °F The summer climate is cool.</p><p>
