         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Getting adequate sleep</strong></div><ul><li>going to sleep at a earlier  time or setting a specific time to go to sleep every single night</li><li>getting more sleep helps physical health because it helps because it gives you more energy during the day so you can get what you need to do done.</li><li>sometimes you can get distracted  by wanting to hang out with your friends or staying up to finish that last bit of homework.</li><li>but instead of hanging out with friends and going home to to do homework helps so you don't have to stay up all night trying to finish it. <strong>plenty of physical activity</strong><ul><li>trying out for a sport or maybe going on jogs in the morning</li><li>it helps because you stay in shape and it makes you feel better to know that you are making the right chocies when it comes to your body. </li><li>what might get in your way of more active is not comitting to the sport or wanting to hang out with friends rather then doing the activity.</li></ul></li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Have fun<br></strong> By having  fun, you can do activities that you enjoy doing, maybe by yourself, or with friends and family.<br><br>It's good to have fun, so you won't get stressed out all the time from doing some much work, of something you didn't want to do in the first place. Everyone needs a time off.<br><br>Some things that might get in the way of your fun could be family issues, school, or being extremely tired.<br><br>Even if you want to get something done, it is always best to take breaks between work, so you can refresh your mind with a positive attitude. <br><strong>Set and work towards goals</strong> Writing down what you would want to get to your goal and doing things to get to it, is setting a goal.<br><br>By setting a goal, you know how to get to your goal, by working for it<br><br>Some things that might get in the way of setting your goals are homework, chores, after school activities, friends, and outside of school activities <br><br>If you keep remembering about your goal, you can strive to get there over time, if it is a long term goal. If it's a short term goal, you can do the same thing, just a little differently.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>reading for pleasure</strong></div><ul><li>you can find sometime during your day and read a book you enjoy for an hour or for as long as you want</li><li>it expands your mind to new thing that you may not know you like and you discover new things about the world that you may take an interest  sin</li><li>but assuming things about books and thinking that you may not find anything for you  may stop you. <strong>Develop new skills <br></strong>The way if developing your skills could be doing something good for yourself.<br><br>This would be good for you, so you would know what works for you in bad situations, or how to make things easier if you are working on work that you believe is hard. If you've never studied for a test, it would be a good skill if you started, so then you can get higher grades on your tests in the future.<br><br>There are multiple things that can get in the way of developing new skills, some of which is, friends, when you planned something to do with them later you think about that only, your attitude towards it, and bad influence.<br><br></li></ul>]]></description>
