         <description><![CDATA[<div>Theatre director holds auditions to select the acting cast members.<br>They collaborate with the technical crew, they may consist of lighting, sound, set and costume designers.<br>They also have a the responsibility for the practical and creative interpretation of a dramatic script or musical score.<br>Some theatre directors act as an administrator or producer, depending on the staffing structure and size of the theatre.
