In truth, leaders are much more than your boss, true leaders are guides that work with the group to achieve a common goal. A leader's goal shouldn't be to use others for their own success, but to work with others to collectively succeed. A leader seeking to guide others with no guidance over themselves is not a true leader.
Being respectful is not only the mark of a great leader, but also helps leaders set an example to others. A lack of respect usually reflects an internal sense of pride.
A reliable leader helps ensure the success of a group, and can demonstrate their trustworthiness. A leader is nothing if not reliable.

Unfortunately, I need to work on my responsibility. Although I am responsible, I still have much room for improvement. 
I also lack decisiveness. When I make choices I usually try to select the most logical decisions, but i often get stranded within my own thoughts.

My best quality is that I'm neutral. I avoid taking sides in most situations, and I try to provide an answer that suits each side. I also consider myself a realist. I tend to search for options that are both logical, and reasonable.
