With my simple everyday life, I pretty much have the same schedule everyday other than when I have to work. I was very unaware that every individual makes up to 1000 decisions a day. That's totally crazy to me!

Choice Blindess!

Hearing the video describe what choice blindness is blows my mind. This literally puts everything into perspective for me. I have so many people ask me questions at work about what tastes the best and what I recommend and I will usually tell them what I like or just make stuff up about something I've never even had before. Totally crazy!!

Too many decisions!

I was surprising to me that the video described how we as humans do not like making difficult decisions when there are many options but then again we go to the place that has the most. Humans like to make decisions that include less options so that there is no room for regret. How crazy is that?
