         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. As said in the authors life summary, "Lessing was employed as a nursemaid". In the story, the boy "experiences" death, or in other words, what it is like to die. Similarly, a nursemaid often tends to patients who are on their dying bed.&nbsp;<br><br>2. Knowing that the author is a nurse and the story involves death, the story sets an example of what one goes though what they see someone/something dies in front of their eyes.  </div>]]></description>
