The quote I’ve chosen is on page 26 in line 25 to 26.“The young ones are often the most dangerous,the most fanatical the jumpiest with their guns“.I found this quote to be very interesting because to me,it shows how well manipulated young people can be,to be „jumpie“ with guns when it comes to their „fanatical“opinions

The quote i`ve chosen is on page 28 in line 23 to 24.“They touch with their eyes instead and i move my hips a little,feeling the full red skirt sway around me“.i thought this could be very interesting because it shows that the Handmaiden still has the desire to be free or feel like a woman,the way she fell before,feminine.

Page 30 line 22 to 23.“Now we walk along the same street,in red pairs,and No man shouts obscenities at us,speaks to us,touches us.I found this quote be very interesting because she seems to miss the times where man woul speak to them or touch them but in the society we live in men disrespecting women is a common thing and the things she said are wishes or goals we want for our society,but she seams to miss the „bad“ attention of men?

-Leave the house to go Shopping (Offred)
-Offred notices Nick (ignores Him -he can be a Spy)
-She waits for Ofglen (another Handmaiden) -> go outside in Pairs
-Offred meets Ofglen -> reach the Checkpoint - two Guardians (too young and inexperienced)
-The two Guardians shot Martha (mistaken for a Man with a bomb)
-Offred flirts with one Guardian (thinking he craves for sexual intercourse because he can only get married with Permission/masturbation is a sin)
