I think a good citizen should follow all laws.
A good citizen should in no case do illegal things like stealing, transporting prohibited things and robbing shops.
There should be the same rules for everyone, and if you see someone breaking the law or you find illegal things, then immediately call the police, under no circumstances take them for yourself.

1.)wait for his turn in queues at the bank, shops or post office;
2.) good citizen should be polite to staff in shops, banks, libraries, hospital etc.
3.) should follow rules and obey signs in public places;

Must obey the law and report crimes. The citizen must care for the environment
The citizen must volunteer his time to help others e.g. helping at a community centre or kids' club.
