The efforts put by each and everyone of us and brought not just smile on faces of kids but also a very powerful result🤩
Its nothing but y’all dedication jiske wajese we are still able to bring such good results and handle a shelter with so many children😋
I understand STM gets a bit tough sometimes but the passion the same patience and the same smile its going to make it work out:)

It could be you who helped one of those girls realize that growing up, working hard, learning and fighting through every injustice is worth it if I can become on of these MAD didi's in the future, very soon! 

It could be you, your faith in these children's dreams despite of their harsh realities, that they begin to believe there's value in fighting all the hurdles in life to become someone capable of giving back to humanity even things they might have never received.

I hope all of you are doing good. I really appreciate your decision of continuing at MAD. You probably hear a generalized experience of MADsters who say they have received alot of love, care, contentment and all of that working in the NGO. 
But I personally have taken some practical learning as well while working here. I even want all of you to get that side of learning. As a volunteer you should be practical with the girls as well and  teach the girls also about how important it is to be smart and sharp while facing the society. Specially as a girl, teach them how important it is to stand up for our rights and be strong enough so that people do not mislead you. 
Apart from that teach them, about having a great vision in life and having a fruitful discussion as well. Teach them that it is their responsibility now to create that positive environment at the shelter. 

For all of you, I would personally say be a little practical with the kids along with giving them empathy at times. 
So that they outgrow their thinking and understand it's high time to work hard and change their lives. 
I am sure all of you gonna have a learning and memorable experience. 
Once again huge power to you girls! You are definitely doing a great job. 😎😋
