For me this is still difficult as I often grip within my thigh to try and get my leg above 90 degrees. However this contradicts what I am trying to achieve as a tense thigh acts as a barrier, therefore stops my leg from going further. This suggests I still need to practice without tensing and focus on releasing the thigh causing an embodied dancer.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is section A of jazz Chaînê turns from the corner which only has two chaînés. Personally I really struggled with these as I could never have my feet in a tight fifth position while turning which effected my balance causing me to go off to a diagonal line. Moreover, I also struggled majorly with spotting "Dancer's try to hit a perfect balance between using muscle to turn their head around and "help the turn" within gripping or tightening muscles too much". (Ballet hub, 2019) This explains how I end up gripping too much. </div>]]></description>
