But when someone are half way across the world and would like to keep in touch they used paper letters to communicate with each other; doing this would take weeks, maybe months. But at least it's faster and less tiring.

With the television you had to be watching it right then and there to know what was happening in 1927 you could NOT record the Television. But in 1969 the internet was invented and that meant that you had to use a computer or a phone to research the news if you missed it. The reason we changed from telegraph to telephone is for simple reason it's easier, when the first telephones came out in 1876 it was very popular, however it was quite expensive in their time as decades went past they became cheaper and easier to buy and sell online and they have slowly evolved to mobile phones the evolution between the telegraph and the telephone was a very successful process and is only helping our future. The design changed quite a lot and telephone have become way more compact and easier to move around, you could say that the future can only get better

this photo shows the evolution of technology it also shows computers in  1984 apple released  the macintosh 24 years later apple released the first laptop so people had a portable faster skinnier computer to make it easier and so you can take your computer on the go withouthavingto jam it in your bag instead you can just fold it up does not take up much room at all
