Even though their economy is somewhat decent, the country still has many issues regarding its citizens (mainly about human rights). So, is the Noor project a higher priority than the citizens because it’s combatting an irreversible issue? Or are the citizens a higher priority than the Noor project because their country is falling apart?</div>]]></description>

However, these models didn’t account for events such as dust that is blown out of the Sahara by the wind. There are important nutrients that are spread from the Sahara via the wind. If more plants grew in the desert, the roots would hold onto the sand and dust, stopping it from reaching other habitats.</div>]]></description>
